I'm still trying to figure out the site and having some trouble with the WordPress end. I'm working through some tutorials, but part of it is just the "figuring it out" isn't quite as intuitive as I'd hoped it would be. There are a lot of boxes when I click onto Wordpress - it's overwhelming and I'm not sure which ones I need to pay attention to first and which ones are "extra" ones that can wait until I get things up and running. I want the freedom to work through it and customize it, but I need a little more clarity in how to do that. (There's probably a user guide somewhere I just haven't found!)

Nicer than a lot of the competition. But the free Wordpress Migration tool is just that. A tool to get you to call them and have them charge you $150 to migrate the site. Just Google BlueHost and migrate Wordpress and it will give you other options to export your current setup and import into your new BlueHost account and save yourself the $150 charge.

For some reason, when I click to switch to my WordPress it's saying that my domain isn't responding...
I'm getting errors across the board. The site is so slow. I'v had to read 3 help articles trying to get the domain connected. I used the chat feature and a simple answer took 20 minutes. I'm very close to asking for my money back.
The client signed up without a specific site as we are building a new site first then switching the old site dns over to the new site. This created days of confusion trying to login and get this started. Bluehost should warn potentially noob customers that they will be using the temp domain and to do any passwords with that temp domain. It's a real mess.
