In the beggining it was great, then it started becoming worse and worse, I'd give it a one if I didn't have positive expirience in the beggining. I am considering switching to another provider, this is just not going to work in the long run.

Bluehost has become very poor in helping customers, we stay on hold for 50 minutes to then find out that the customer support representative is incompetent and cannot help with a simple task, such as making a domain name point to a folder. And many of them are rude and make me responsible for the issues. I have been using Bluehost for many years, and referring it to my web design clients, but today I am having second thoughts. And the new interface is flawed and by default everybody installs wordpress without asking me, I only do HTML websites, NOT Wordpress. I hope you fix that soon.

I cannot login to the cPanel for a few weeks already unless I am in incognito mode, deleted cookies and cache tried a few browsers and that's the only way to do it, and it was suggested from your support team, while I am waiting for a resolution.

The constant poking to add URL privacy at an exorbitant cost and having to log in so often combined with 2FA only being through mobile is frustrating.
Your system is poorly documented, so that even your service staff get it wrong most of the time. Ive spent well over 10 contiguous hours in chat just trying to get your email resolved.
Waste of time having to read a lot to understand charges and avoid extra charges on things beyond what its needed to renew the website domain.

I've had nothing but issues since your upgrade. It's cost me a lot of time and money to fix it all and one of my sites is still down and I don't believe it's a theme issue at all! :(

The new layout has come out too slow to keep up with our needs. If I knew it was going to take over a week to get things working again, I would have switched hosting services.
Signing into bluehost is a pain now. I can only get in when clicking on a change password link in an email from you. But it doesn't make me change my password and i can then sign in.
Why can't I just sign in anymore?
Answer: NO - please do not go with Bluehost, it will save you a lot of hassle. They have the worst customer service and take your accounts offline just so you upgrade for more money even though the thresholds were not met. This means they are just running a scam by taking your websites offline and then offering the solution to get them back online by paying more money to them. My websites were down for 6 days and I've lost hundreds of dollars in income, have to pay my developers for all the work they did and NONE of it will be refunded by Bluehost. I migrated everything away from them and they do not even want to refund my sign-up costs. It is a total scam run but incapable and money-grabbing people whereas the CEO of Endurance group Jeff Fox made $10.000.000 in 2019 alone and the CEO of Bluehost Suhaib Zaheer $2.300.000. Be aware you do not get scammed by them, I've warned you. They are an evil company run by people with zero morals. I am going to report their theft to the FTC, BBB, and law enforcement. I will not go down without a fight and they will regret stealing from me and other affiliates as their reputation sinks in the toilet.
