Worst email host ever. I have to click about 7 clicks to get to my email. I have never had an email host be so difficult. I regularly have to delete emails because of so little storage. I know I could upgrade storage but why? It's such a pain to get to. If I could give it 0 out of 5 stars, I would.
I keep getting the following error messages when I click to bluehost.com links:Bad Request - Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand. Size of a request header field exceeds server limit.
Secondly, I am disappointed (rightly or wrongly) that I was initially told that on the basic plan that I could redirect/forward any number of domains to my primary domain. A follow-up call indicated that support redirected these domains, a further support call days later with no evidence that the problem was fixed alerted me that forwarding/redirecting multiple domains to my primary was not an option under my current plan. I should have taken more time and asked more questions, but this doesn't change the fact that the initial guidance was not accurate.
We have been experiencing issues with email and it is still not resolved.

I often have to login several times before it "recognizes" the login. You then ALWAYS take me to a page about upgrading. I am happy with my current plan. Stop trying to upsell me. I am not even a small business. This is a personal page. I will never need the "larger" packages I hate the extra clicks you put me through EVERY time I have to update the page.
New user interface still is annoying. Why do I have to decline an additional purchase every single time I log in? Why is it now so many clicks to get to CPanel?
I have been with Bluehost for many years, but recently since they changed the hosting interface I have had a lot of problems! 3 websites and 4 email accounts on 2 different domains disappeared, I have been waiting for more than a week for my email accounts to be restored and I definitely had to delete my websites because they were simply no longer there! I don't know what happened to them but the service is really terrible.
I've been locked out of one of my websites for a few weeks now due to an error message. I've called support twice - both times they said they could fix the problem if I tried to log in after an hour or so. The first time it simply wasn't fixed for days, the second time I actually got a support email stating that they couldn't fix the problem with literally no next recommended steps for me to take. Meanwhile someone is using the website I cannot access as a back-door for constant malware attacks.

The list is too long. I host about 50 websites with bluehost and the pain I am going through is unimaginable. Only and only problems. Nothing is smooth. Firstly, the false advertisement when I bought the Unlimited websites packages. Only to find out that 10 websites will quickly fill the files quota. So where my unlimited websites package? My clients constantly nagging that their email are not sending. The emails sitting in the Outbox. You are a uselss hosting company and you are loosing clients fast.
Your new 2 factor authentication has wasted many hours of my life in the last couple days. This is not acceptable. I person should be able to mange 2 accounts from one computer. It all worked before the 2 factor. You need to fix this.
It's good, not outstandingly great. So far every time I have had to interact with some one, they have been helpful. I am not crazy about having to chase down large increases in subscription fees.
I have two websites that I need to work with. They are "predesign.cl and modesign.cl" but I could not do it because they do not have the corresponding SSL certificate that allow my browsers to open them. I ask support to help me with it, but the problem persists.

I had so many issues in response from the Chat Support. It was really bad when business lose email access more than four days and no one get it resolve for more than four days.

Customer Service for Bluehost is the absolute worst. Any time I need help, I have to talk to 5 different people, get told my ticket is being escalated and then my ticket gets closed even though I responded within less than 24 hours! Absolute joke, no one takes notes or has any idea what is going on. Either the agents are poorly trained or the CRM platform used is not sufficient. I cant wait to be able to migrate to a different hosting platform.

Bluehost has become less professional these past months. Ads on login? Seriously? No more python in scripts? Madness.
Answer: NO - please do not go with Bluehost, it will save you a lot of hassle. They have the worst customer service and take your accounts offline just so you upgrade for more money even though the thresholds were not met. This means they are just running a scam by taking your websites offline and then offering the solution to get them back online by paying more money to them. My websites were down for 6 days and I've lost hundreds of dollars in income, have to pay my developers for all the work they did and NONE of it will be refunded by Bluehost. I migrated everything away from them and they do not even want to refund my sign-up costs. It is a total scam run but incapable and money-grabbing people whereas the CEO of Endurance group Jeff Fox made $10.000.000 in 2019 alone and the CEO of Bluehost Suhaib Zaheer $2.300.000. Be aware you do not get scammed by them, I've warned you. They are an evil company run by people with zero morals. I am going to report their theft to the FTC, BBB, and law enforcement. I will not go down without a fight and they will regret stealing from me and other affiliates as their reputation sinks in the toilet.
