I've been facing a lot of problems, my 2 website got down for more than 2 weeks which really affected my businesses. The developer team took for ever to resolve the issues.
Days and days without being able to log in to my account and no explanation from Bluehost. Login codes that do not work. What the $#*! is going on at Bluehost?
It is no longer possible to sign into accounts. Last month you unilaterally removed 2FA from my account so anyone could get in. I have reset it but you do not accept codes you sent to my phone. The new interface is diabolically bad.
It's a perfect web-hosting experience, with a great customer support.
Great job, especially the customer service
I dont require product advertising everytime i login to my email account
After signing in, an advertising page appears immediately which is extremely annoying
Cannot chat with you after signing in
Indian Credit cards are not working & now my site is down. Emails are down...
We should have been told that indian cards wouldnt work and all the settings should have been moved to the indian version of bluehost.
The order history and billing is all a mess!
I cannot see the expiry or duration of the plan on the invoice.
Am getting a lot of spam email saying account is marked for deletion from *******@bluehost.com Please check this.
I have been struggling with my websites for so long, the tech support is terrible, they never can fix my issues
The support is so bad the teams takes waaaay long to resolve issues. Like now my users have not been able to sent out emails its coming to a month
We've been trying to move a domain away from here for over a month now and you keep blocking it.
Things have changed so much I cant find a damn thing and have to relearn the nav. Seeing I am being charged for wordpress... which I cannot figure out when I purchased it; nor how to get back to the free version... I am seriously considering canceling all accounts and going to hostinger.com
This sucks, because I have been with Bluehost quite a few years
Your customer support is quite poor. Also, the new dashboard is terrible.
Quite costly compared to other hosting providers. Also, I can only upgrade but not downgrade. Your platform is okay though.
We are in the process if switching all our sites over to a new server, because nobody seems to be able to give us answers to our websites that keep shutting down and not being able to support load. Super disappointed in this server.
This is by far the worst hosting experience since the indians toook over, everything is glitched out, authentication codes do not work and then they want you to wait for DAYS to get back into the account.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
My verificaiton code didnt work. I entered the numbers from my text. I had to go find my recovery key
I have had issue after issue with Bluehostb and am incredibly unhappy with the service. I have had multiple dealings with support who do not solve the issue on the phone and always ell you it will be 24-48 hours so you'll get off the phone but then it is not resolved after that time. I have been refused my requests for escalation every time I have asked
I have been a very happy customer and have referred a number of my clients to switch to Bluehost over the years. The service has been extremely reliable and the Customer Service has been excellent. However...
Recently, there are a lot of changes which, as a longtime customer, I've not been notified about. It's been very frustrating...at first I couldn't log into my Bluehost account from Bluehost.com as usual. After being on the phone to Support twice, I found out I have to log in with different info. Next, it wouldn't accept my Password (so I found out I had to not only change it but make it longer) Again, I wasn't notified in advance of these changes.
Next I'm receiving constant notices to pay for things, like Site Lock (which the notice said it had expired, but I hadn't had that on my plan). Then it was a notice to pay for my domain which renews after January. Today I received a billing notice that my payment (I pay monthly manually on the 16th) was past due and you tried to charge my account. What?
I am logging into Bluehost right now to see if I can figure out what is happening.
I have provided feedback to the Customer Support people to hopefully get to the right people. Whoever is in charge of this transition and communicating with the customer (who pays you), needs this information so you have an opportunity to improve. If this persists, I will be going elsewhere and will recommend my clients do as well. I would prefer not to do that, so please improve and put yourself in the Customer's shoes to learn how to communicate with them.
I have had to get on Phone support to clear up a lot of these issues which takes up my time.
The customer service in the past has been excellent. But these constant messages telling me to pay for things either I don't have and the time it is taking for me to clear things up is very frustrating.
I find the dashboard to be too cluttered and difficult to use.
I can't figure out how to purchase bluesky training
Answer: NO - please do not go with Bluehost, it will save you a lot of hassle. They have the worst customer service and take your accounts offline just so you upgrade for more money even though the thresholds were not met. This means they are just running a scam by taking your websites offline and then offering the solution to get them back online by paying more money to them. My websites were down for 6 days and I've lost hundreds of dollars in income, have to pay my developers for all the work they did and NONE of it will be refunded by Bluehost. I migrated everything away from them and they do not even want to refund my sign-up costs. It is a total scam run but incapable and money-grabbing people whereas the CEO of Endurance group Jeff Fox made $10.000.000 in 2019 alone and the CEO of Bluehost Suhaib Zaheer $2.300.000. Be aware you do not get scammed by them, I've warned you. They are an evil company run by people with zero morals. I am going to report their theft to the FTC, BBB, and law enforcement. I will not go down without a fight and they will regret stealing from me and other affiliates as their reputation sinks in the toilet.
