I contacted customer support about not being able to edit my site. The person on the phone relayed the issue incorrectly to tech, who tried to fix the wrong problem. Puja sent me a message telling me that the site was fine - agreed, the site is not the problem, editing is the problem. I could not reply to Puja because the ticket was closed. I responded to a review questionnaire, explaining this situation within it. I have heard back from no one. I will be closing my account because I have found this platform unusable.

You should know this computer and not require double verification. I get the importance but I oversee my wife's website and I need her phone to check it. I can't put my phone on her account. Makes this process more aggravating.

Poor and confusing control panel
Several means to access the control panel, very confusing, many errors, websites that disappear from the cpanel, errors in email, problems in accessing, too many consecutive errors, very unintuitive control panel, options disappear in the menu. Bluehost is very not user friendly. Too many problems. I have a Shared Hostin. I bought a VPS thinking it was going to improve and it is even WORSE than the shared one. Now I have moved 2 large sites to another provider and I will continue to get them from bluehost from time to time.

Due to continuous interface changes C-Panel is hardly reachable. Instead - lots of marketing offers. As well other issues: for example I didn't manage to create subdomain as I easily did before.

2-factor authentication never works

2-factor authentication never works. The code I'm sent is always incorrect according to the site when I enter it and try to authenticate. I then have to search for my recovery key each time. Awful.

Due to a major billing issue at Bluehost's end, my account was completely shut down and files deleted. I had to reinstate the account and request backups of all flies be uploaded which apparently is no easy task. The Escalated Support team merely sent me "directions" on how to do this.
How do you expect a layperson to take care of this issue that was caused by your company's incompetent billing process.

I have worked with several of your specialists trying to assist me however due to issues at Bluehost end (authentication not working, etc) but we have gotten no further in restoring this account.

I have always found working with your support people successful but this issue has been a complete failure. I feel the assumption at Bluehost end is that the customer is at fault. This has been a terrible experience.

I started using the domain and also opted for the hosting services and later on we realized that people are sending us emails and we never receive those emails were lost in universe and same happens sometimes, when my team has email in sent box and we never received that email and emails are the most important part of any organization and we had a calls and chats with the team and no one has answer to it and always say that we have fixed few things at our end and now it will work fine, I lost the service orders of more then $50k and then we switched our email to zoho and 2 stars are for website we are running is going good and smooth, but your email service is one of the worst in the industry.
