They can not get a simple DNS propagated and my site never worked. I transferred the domain name to them and they never got the site running.

Bluehost service has regressed over the years. My account still does not show my full order history. I have called twice about this, received less-than-promising responses, and my history is still not showing.

The dns advanced editor doesn't show all dns records with the lazy loading and doesn't have a search function making it incredibly difficult to use.

I don't know why I even have a Bluehost account if everything I click on gives me an error message when I sign in. I can't manage anything in Bluehost anymore; some items are missing when I am in the cpanel. For example, I can't add a text record to any of my domains, only MX.
My website keeps going down and support won't tell me whats wrong, and won't tell me that they don't know whats going on, so they are wasting my companies time and I will be dropping bluehost asap.
You broke the law. You destroyed my website and data. I requested that you give me all of my information that you have. You didnt comply. Under GDPR you had 30 days to deliever it. You didnt.
Your support messed up my bluehost panel. Didnt migrate my website. He just moved backup zip file from a folder where I uploaded it to public html. Then lied that I need to point domains in registrar to bluehost in order for migration to take effect. (websites were already on bluehost.) No need to change DNS servers).
16 hours for few simple tasks. Guy lied, destroyed my files and messed everything up. Then miraculously chat ended.
Service is not good. Please stop asking. You should know this.
