After I clicked cPanel Email, I got to the email fine, but I couldn't get back to main site. Very frustrating. Also, didn't know if signing out from cPanel page was same as signing out of Blue Host account.

I could not get a refund when l wanted a refund for cancellation, agents kept taking me round and round until 30 days were overdue. It was not necessary for me to have the subscriptionat this time and that is why l wanted canceled. I got really frustrated for loosing a whole $122 for a websites l was not going to use.

Bluehost you have been so good to me for a year now. Just within the past 2 months or so I KEEP not being able to login. Your 'Hosting' page has the spinning wheel of death and your 'Website' Tab has the blue spinning wheel of death. Beyond aggrivated as I can't access my page and work on my business. This is your job. Ur supposed to be #1, I don't pay you for average performance. Pls do better, u have been such a good company up til now

I don't know why I even have a Bluehost account if everything I click on gives me an error message when I sign in. I can't manage anything in Bluehost anymore; some items are missing when I am in the cpanel. For example, I can't add a text record to any of my domains, only MX.

You broke the law. You destroyed my website and data. I requested that you give me all of my information that you have. You didnt comply. Under GDPR you had 30 days to deliever it. You didnt.

Your support messed up my bluehost panel

Your support messed up my bluehost panel. Didnt migrate my website. He just moved backup zip file from a folder where I uploaded it to public html. Then lied that I need to point domains in registrar to bluehost in order for migration to take effect. (websites were already on bluehost.) No need to change DNS servers).

16 hours for few simple tasks. Guy lied, destroyed my files and messed everything up. Then miraculously chat ended.
