This is having a material impact on my business, and despite raising multiple support tickets there appears to be no urgency in your addressing the problem.

I'm still waiting for help on a SIMPLE set up of Wordpress. If I did it manually, it usually takes 5 minutes. The system is so screwed up, it's be elevated for support and it's now been two days. Absolutely horrible.

Shocking service trying to transfer a domain away to IONOS. Over a week later and it is still not done. I initiated a transfer today for another domain via 123-Reg and it has already been transferred (less than 4 hours)!

Horrible experience

Everything seemed fine, my website was a bit slow, but I lived with it. Then suddenly I wasn't able to access the dashboard and I called tech and they said they would get it resolved. They never did.

Then I was charged the $300+ for the annual renewal. I called again to say I don't want this renewed, please refund me. The agent said you're past the refund date (by a few days). I said, I haven't been able to access my site for over a month! If you're a decent organization you will refund my money and cancel my account. I was told "no".

I then called my bank to dispute. Over a month went by and the resolution was that the company said I didn't cancel in time and so I was not refunded. Meanwhile: no site and still out over $300.

You would think that in this day and age where customers are central to a company's success, and given the situation where I was unable to access my account before and after the annual renewal, that someone in customer retention would do the right thing. So, I'm left with doing my right thing--which is to warn anyone who might be considering signing up to this company to reconsider based on my horrible experience.

Exercise caution with Bluehost. My account was compromised, leading to the unauthorized registration of a domain under my name. The concerning part is that I only discovered this when reviewing my account. Shockingly, there has been no proactive identification of the fraud by anyone on the Bluehost team, nor have they attempted to contact me about the issue.

Despite my efforts to reach out through phone, chat, and email, I have been waiting for resolution for three days now, with no personal responses or calls to address the situation, provide a refund, or remove the unknown domain from my account. Based on this experience, I strongly advise against using Bluehost for your hosting needs.
