Subdomains and A Records sometimes do not update when changing ip addresses. Support does can not fix them. Will be leaving bluehost after decades of use through clients and myself.
Why have you made it so complex to reach your page?
The billing system is super annoying. "Renew" button did not work. No invoices were emailed. Notices that a payment did not go through do not provide any details, just a log in link - this is annoying when one has multiple accounts and services.
At last I succeeded in the renewal of our website support. But it was very difficult to understand how to do it. Not any information when I did a bad clic.
Glad to see my password worked. Now to migrate from premium server

I tried to set up a PIN as requested, I entered a valid 6 digit PIN, and received an error message saying "Something went wrong" and so I had to skip securing my account.
It is Ok so far. My-account login I think it became more secure after activating phone authentication
