I've barely logged on. I've already been hit with an advert for a security upgrade that is totally not required, a very threatening message about 2-factor authentication whereby I apparently have 2 more "skips" until I'll be forced to action it, and now I have a feedback box shoved in my face with a threatening message in red saying I *need* to give feedback for a 1-star rating you've brought on yourself?

Suck my nuts. Suck my $#*!ing nuts, Bluehost. I'm paying £160 per year for this. I don't have to explain myself to you.

Again, suck my nuts.

Your tech support is terrible

Your tech support is terrible. No one knows how to fix anything. When I contact tech support, they must be helping several people at once. It took them 10 minutes in between responses, and an entire hour and a half to resolve one of the issues.

Very poor support, I had the same issue with htaccess issues over 10 CSR encounters with Bluehost over less days, they came up with 5 different solutions, all that had nothing to do with the issue.
I requested 2nd level support 3 times, I never got contacted for it.
I finally gave up and spent the time to fix the issue myself.

Bluehost is good overall, but site stability is lacking. I receive notifications all the time that the site is down. On top of that, I'm concerned that when my account is up for renewal I will see a significant cost increase and be forced to leave to another provider.

I am firing bluehost for their escalated price increases, regularly. I am struggling to get hold of customer service to get my money refunded for the 3 months I ordered of service, while my webmaster was changing my site to another much more affordable hosting company. Furthermore, back in August '23 when I received the new 3-year price with an increase, I spoke with and have an email from customer service that it was agreed that the price would reduce from some $575/3 years down to $402 for 3 years. In December '23, I received a typical automated reminder-to-renew email showing the full price again. After some 15 or so years, I am DONE with bluehost.

The website is always complicated to navigate - I always seem to end in a place I wasn't trying to get to, and it takes forever to find the right location. I also wanted to print out my invoices from 2023 for my taxes, but it only shows one for the whole year. We had to dig through my emails to find receipts.

The first year is all included. Then you have to pay for everything separately. The emails always are in spam. The protection of the web page is really bad... I am looking forward to end my contract.
