Dedication means nothing to you! I've been with you since your domains cost nearly nothing. (Since around 2008)> Now you have jacked everything up so damn high it's ridiculous. Now I have to pay extra for emails? WTH? Everything that once was, is no longer. I will be looking for another hosting service. I can't take your price hikes any longer. You've become so greedy, just like everyone else! Good luck to you when everyone goes elsewhere! Staying with you all these years got me nothing!

Bluehost have a awesome customer support even if any case take long time. They will give you a temporary solution to continue your business until the whole issue resolved. You just need to keep them posted on your current situation.

I am too tired from covid. I paid for another year. The salesperson told me Id get phone WordPress help and gave me the number. I've been paying for this extra service a long time and never used it. So when I need it, I get told I don't have it. Very rudely., and ignored.

Deleted staging site which in turn deleted the database for my main site. Had to wait longer than the initial 72 hours promised restore time. Reached back out to support and they told me another 24 hours. Now my webpages couldn't be processed today.

Overall a clean look and feel, but some of the customization and many of the color options are horribly buried in contextual menus -- All color preferences should be located in the same place, as seen in the Mobile page version.

We have our website and e-mail hosted by bluehost. I recently built a new website and added the website hosting to our existing e-mail hosting. The changeover has been anything but smooth, and the customer support teams have been incompetent and are unable to have direct communication with the more experienced support team, and even worse are unable to allow me to speak directly with them. In the two days that we have been working with this, our e-mail accounts have been disabled three times (including right now as I write this), my read emails on my accounting e-mail were deleted and have not been restored, my website was disconnected inexplicably after we had it up and running, and when they reconnected it they actually COMPLETELY deleted my website that I had just spent thousands of dollars creating. Fortunately my webdesigner had a copy, though there are hours of changes that are not on that back-up. All this, and I am still unable to get real time support from anyone but the lowest tiered techs or any acknowledgement of their mistakes. Just a pat "can I help you with anything else". Like... what else would I want you to help me with. Everything you touch becomes a hot mess.
