A little difficlult to learn website creation. I was doing ok...before...navigation...stepped in...navigation has been difficult to figure out. I ay have missed it, but i couldn't find any tutorials.
Overall good, did have some issues with help updating DNS records, took 3 tries with the help chat. Also have experienced some periods of slow loading of my site recently
I have a problem with the mail and blackmailing from my own mail. Also, in the beggining I had problem setting up the websites.
Most if front agents are not capable to solve our problems and some of them even make it worse. Most of them ask us to leave phone number but no one really called! No one! I don't understand why they refuse to forward un-solved issue to tech team?
Your host has turned to a nightmare since my plan changed to wordpress
Can't verify domain. It's been a week and a half. Numerous tech support calls. Very disappointed. Probably need a new Host.
I am switching all our domains and services to another company. We have been without e-mail sending abilities for over two weeks and you have blamed everyone but yourselves and everyone, our ISP service provider, Microsoft themselves and an independent tech company said it is you that are having the problem. You folks have either been dishonest with us or just have incompetent staff.
The renewal fees are extremely high compared with other services and the support is deficient. The price doesn't justify anything.
