This new platform is awful compared to the previous one. Less intuitive and so many clicks and scrolls needed just to get the cPanel.

You let all my websites get get hacked, your solution was to pay a outside company $200 to remove the virus form 86 websites, the cost was $17,200. I was paying your company for hosting and backing up my sites, it appears your company backed up my sites on the same server (that was Stupid)...I took all websites and moved them to another company, they removed all the viruses and they worked fine. They charged 90% cheaper then your cost. Blue almost ruined my company and never apologized or cared about the cost...
