I am not happy with how long it takes to load up my website. Your support team needs a lot of work for me to continue using bluehost. Just being honest here.
Extremely slow to get domains up and going. The dashboard has been very glitchy and sometimes won't load. I've been told several times my tech issues are resolved, but they are not.

I'm finding more and more that Bluehost cannot differentiate between websites hosted on its platform.
Your new authentication system is a complete disaster. There are days I get the text in a couple of minutes. And there are days like today that I have requested the key 3 times and the code has not come through. There was no sense in making this change if your system cannot support the change.
Quite the learning curve. The only issue I've ever really had is that my site loads so slowly. Im not exactly sure why.

The chat pop up window and notification bell are a distraction when not in use. I can also do without the large ads for purchases before going to account manager. Otherwise, this experience has been great!
