Been with BlueHost for years and it has been operating very smoothly the last few years. Prior to that there was a period of instability but there has not been any reliability issues in a long time. The downside is that the management interface is slow and inefficient. Too many clicks are required. At least it is not frequently required.

I am very unhappy with the service. I contacted BlueHost on 3 different occasions to resolve issue with my email and it has not been resolved which as resulted in customers not receive emails with links to their digital products and important emails getting returned.

Your new authentication system is a complete disaster. There are days I get the text in a couple of minutes. And there are days like today that I have requested the key 3 times and the code has not come through. There was no sense in making this change if your system cannot support the change.
