Tech support is horrible in communication. There's delays in chat, I also got roped into products I didn't need. I feel I wasted about $3500 in total. But it is what it is and until I can grow as a company I'm kind of stuck.

Automated chat boxes aren't ready for prime time. They lead to very frustrating interactions. Your ceaseless advertising is annoying. The login page requires 3 clicks to get to cpannel instead of 1. The rest has been great

Two of my websites were down for almost 2 weeks; nobody knew why nor seemed to follow-up with me about status. Bluehost did not respond when I asked for compensation for loss of web time which resulted in lost of business.

Everything was great until my site disappeared. Customer service was able to restore it, but at first I could not edit the pages, and once I could edit them, I realized all my buttons and links had disappeared. Thank goodness it is a small site
