I love Blue Host except the email system (c panel) is not reliable. Some messages are not forwarded as specified, which is a problem when clients are counting on me.
I cannot get email subscription to work and cannot get help
I don't know what the HE! Is going on. I purchased this 2 months ago but had some pressing issues that didn't allow me to get back to this until yesterday and, first I had to call to get my email to work properly and then called to get back to designing my website and I can't get back to what I was doing 2 months ago & when I called I was asked to pay a 3rd fee, now to have one of your developers design my website & that is not what I want & that is not what I was promised & sold & was not told that I would have to do so when I purchased the site.
Pretty happy with the site so far and my experience. Still a learning curve for me figuring out how to set up my blog and sometimes even have trouble logging in, but thankful for this platform
Very slow website, and after changing the user interface, the experience is not good. When logging in, I should be taken to the account page where I can start the work I logged in for, instead of giving me a promo page, that takes two clicks to get to my account page.
In general, my experience with Bluehost has been ok. Right now I'm experiencing a complex issue related to the DNS on my account that has taken more the 2 weeks to resolve. It is still not resolved with no ETA.

The Bluehost Cpanel keeps getting more and more difficult to use. You are attempting to simplify the interface and experience, but you're taking away all the options and tools that long-time customers have come to depend on.
My credit card was stolen and I didn't realize I needed to update card for your billing. It would have been nice to know that you had a billing issues, which I could have corrected quickly, instead of just stopping my service.
It has been near seven weeks since I paid for a new site and it's still not up. This delay is affecting my business
The new login mechanism is horrible. The message us box that continually flashes and beeps is the most annoying. Stuff is not easier to get to -- requires more clicks to get to the superuser config options.
O am being charged a fee for a service I never asked for, called customer service for when I saw you were going to charge me for, & they cancelled. Today, I was charged $2.49 for this. Sha is the person that I spoke with.
My website every time down, due to hacking attemps. And what i have discuss in my tech circle they advise to move hosting service because the blue host its self do this to push you to buy some more services from them.

Still, two factor authentication is not available in my region (Pakistan), constantly experiencing email issues, also its very difficult to add new domain to this hosting plan.

Answer: NO - please do not go with Bluehost, it will save you a lot of hassle. They have the worst customer service and take your accounts offline just so you upgrade for more money even though the thresholds were not met. This means they are just running a scam by taking your websites offline and then offering the solution to get them back online by paying more money to them. My websites were down for 6 days and I've lost hundreds of dollars in income, have to pay my developers for all the work they did and NONE of it will be refunded by Bluehost. I migrated everything away from them and they do not even want to refund my sign-up costs. It is a total scam run but incapable and money-grabbing people whereas the CEO of Endurance group Jeff Fox made $10.000.000 in 2019 alone and the CEO of Bluehost Suhaib Zaheer $2.300.000. Be aware you do not get scammed by them, I've warned you. They are an evil company run by people with zero morals. I am going to report their theft to the FTC, BBB, and law enforcement. I will not go down without a fight and they will regret stealing from me and other affiliates as their reputation sinks in the toilet.
