I've tried twice to have your techs fix an email problem related to DNS. Both times they did it wrong.
I really have found the customer service to be far below what I expected. At Level 3 it is better, but still massive lack of commination and clarity onto what's going on. I have had my site deleted, I have had MX records removed, my site down for several days, found so many bugs between the front and back end. All in all it has been a nightmare.

My client keeps getting text messages generically saying that a nameserver change is happening. I can't find anything on the login home page that states there is any sort of issue!

The customer service reps I've chatted with have been very courteous and obviously wish to help me. Unfortunately, I have had to visit with them more than once for the same issue. That is, the first rep assures me the issue is solved, but I find it isn't, so I must contact online chat again. So some reps are more knowledgeable than others. On the plus side, it doesn't take long to be connected with a rep and I've found that the more clear I can be in communicating my issue, the better the outcome for me. So, not a 5 Star rating, but definitely a 4 Star.
I've been a customer for many years and customer service has declined significantly over the past couple years. I frequently require multiple calls now to correct simple things. In the past a single call/chat would get it resolved. Sometimes the chat feature doesn't even work - I've been cut off, stuck in limbo, and redirected to random Bluehost pages so even the ability to get in touch doesn't always work consistently.
Poor technical support - cost to high compared to other vendors with better service + better user innerface
We pay for the dedicated server and frequently have to reboot the server because our site is down. No telling how many sales were missed because of this.
I hate these popups, they are everywhere, you keep asking for ratings when I have used a feature once or not at all, and I just want to work on my site. On top of that, even though I've already purchased things, I have to click through a full-page ad every day after login. I used this site only a few years back and it was great. I probably would have sought another service if I'd realized how unusable it had become. This is beyond aggravating!
Im so new to all this... opened my account earlier this year... had tragedy strike in my family several times. Could not get back into my account. Stressed is an understatement. So many incredible ideas.just can't get it working. Do you offer tech help?... via phone?... find this entire experience so overwhelming... wished now I hadn't paid for the domain/website...its very very frustrating!

Ever since you updated your site I have been having issues logging into it. I have spent many hours on chat getting it fixed. Then the next time I login it is the same problem.
Twice as long to get where we are today. Been stressful as no one could find welcome call information for modification. Timelines not be kept. Mod request page doesn't populate and told this is a known issue. Not a very professional way to run a website hosting and creating business if your website doesn't work.
I have seen such dramatic price increases since I signed up that the service is no longer worth the cost unless it's a new customer rate.
Stop making it so difficult to access CPanel. Too many clicks. Too much advertising. Too many hurdles.

Answer: NO - please do not go with Bluehost, it will save you a lot of hassle. They have the worst customer service and take your accounts offline just so you upgrade for more money even though the thresholds were not met. This means they are just running a scam by taking your websites offline and then offering the solution to get them back online by paying more money to them. My websites were down for 6 days and I've lost hundreds of dollars in income, have to pay my developers for all the work they did and NONE of it will be refunded by Bluehost. I migrated everything away from them and they do not even want to refund my sign-up costs. It is a total scam run but incapable and money-grabbing people whereas the CEO of Endurance group Jeff Fox made $10.000.000 in 2019 alone and the CEO of Bluehost Suhaib Zaheer $2.300.000. Be aware you do not get scammed by them, I've warned you. They are an evil company run by people with zero morals. I am going to report their theft to the FTC, BBB, and law enforcement. I will not go down without a fight and they will regret stealing from me and other affiliates as their reputation sinks in the toilet.
