I'm amazed that a store that basically doubles the price on everything can treat its customers so poorly. I ordered gifts for my brothers wedding off their registry- didn't want to since everything was half price at Amazon but didn't want them to get duplicates. When I realized they had sent the order to my brothers house instead of making mine (I was bringing the gifts to the shower) I called customer service. I was told 'too late' since over 30 minutes had passed since the order despite the fact that it hadn't been shipped. They even refused to cancel the order. A man named 'freddie' who wouldn't give his last name actually told me 'too bad'. I have never been treated so poorly. I will never buy s single thing from them again.
No issues! Wished the local bloomingdales wouldn't have closed down. They are difficult to find sometimes! When you od, rest assured you'll get quality products and good prices
NEVER EVER SHOP FROM BLOOMINGDALES.COM! They are simply lying and wrong! They say the item is available and set you up and everything is ok then before the delivery date or the night before they tell you the item is not available! NEVER TRUST THEM! And no matter how much you call theyre only apologizing for no benefit!
When locking in from my country, a greeting comes on the screen in my native language promising that the amount charged at check-out will be the final purchase price including all local taxes. This is not true. I could only get my parcel after paying local import tax. Bloomingdales of course have not responded to my email to them.
Prices are kind of high. Good for the best cosmetics!
This is a great experience to simply walk-around,... just looking while am holding on to multiple bags from other stores. Bloomingdale's is simply too expensive.
This company really understands customer service.
They are quick to respond if there is an issue and do everything possible to satisfy their customers.
I love shopping there.
I bought already many times and it is always a good experience
I spent $60.00 on a bra for my finger to go through and because it was a bra, well you know. Bought a pare of Pants-$239.00 for the waist band to turn every which way, never again will I waste my money there.
Bloomingdale's is a great place to go shopping they have the latest of all thing and I love there shoes. Brenda Carlton
Bloomingdale's invented the trick of moving products around and building a store where people got lost, all so they would come in for 1 product and go out with 2.
They create a very pleasant shopping experience.
In the old days department stores had restaurants, sometimes several, always of good quality. Bloomberg continues this tradition.
There are many people from Japan and Tahiti who visit Hawaii to shop and Bloomingdale just opened a store there.
Recently had trouble with website to order a product. The customer service could not have been more friendly and helpful, they even expedited to free 2 day shipping!
And need to return, there is never a problem. Excellent customer service.
Well, Bloomingdale's is owned by Macy's. I should have known when the Bloomingdale's website is just as awful, if not worse than, Macy's. I placed an order on 11/11/15. You have no way to change a billing and a shipping address to two different addresses, so, you will get a call or an email from the fraud department. You call the fraud department and they tell you that they cancelled your order because the billing address doesn't match the one on your card, but you have no way to change it. You reorder only to receive an email 2 days later that the item you ordered was cancelled because now it is out of stock. You happen to go back online and the item is back in stock. However, you're stuck in this circle of attempting to change a billing address and a separate shipping address, which cannot be done. And, then the website tells you that the item you're agtempting to order is no longer in stock. I was working from a laptop and my phone and was able to submit the order on my phone, but without being able to change the billing address, so I am sure that the order will be cancelled. I feel like I'm in Groundhog Day! I honestly don't think the hassle of the website is worth anything I could possibly want.
Bloomies threw expensive dinnerware in a box for shipment to me, with little packing material for protection. Virtually all items arrived damaged.
It's Bloomingdale's, so the merchandise is pretty darn nice, always authentic, and the customer service is excellent. I've ordered from them many times and pretty much got the items I wanted by the next day. The website, however, is another matter. It's a bloated mess, and I am always irritated by using it. Once, I was doing a search, and I tried to narrow down my selection by picking particular aspects I wanted to see (black, low heel, certain designer), and the website took forever to gather the information and display it. And then it got muddled and the website appeared to stall or get hung up. So, my recommendation is don't ask the website to do too much. Keep it simple, get your merchandise, and then get out!
I placed an order online using a promo code, which I received when registering an account. However, the order didn't go through because of a billing address problem. I wanted to replace the order but obviously I still want to receive the discount since I had that promo code. I tried the same promo code on their website but it said "unrecognizable". I assumed that the promo code is one time only so I called their customer service and thought I could get another promo code since my order didn't go through. However, she said she can't give me one. I don't understand what's the reasoning behind it because I know the promo code is a one time thing but I wasn't successfully using it! So should I not get another one to replace the old one? I bet all other stores can do it!
Answer: Most people who shops at Bloomingdales either the store or online rarely care to do reviews on products bought. This is not Amazon. You are on your own. Even the stores website keep asking for feedback but they rarely listen. Compare the website, their product description, etc with other similar stores like Nordstrom, IT SUCKS
Answer: Just google it and the search engine will take you there.
