Great plan!

I found this diet to be one of the best I ever tried. Laura Stein writes well and is not too wordy making the plan an easy one to implement and follow. I highly recommend this diet. I am buying a new copy to start the diet over again as I have found none as effective as this one.

Fun place to shop

Great place to shop, but it's not cheap. I would wait for the sale before buying anything. Returns are easy, and the customer service is pretty nice.

One of the best website

One of the best website. They have free shipping for all their loyalist customer. It doesn't cost anything to be a loyalist. I had a problem with my order during the holiday. I ordered multiple item and 1 item was missing. I called Bloomingdales and they took care of my problem. Got my missing product with 3 days.

The Customer service is very terrible lied about free shipping, I paid almost 600$ so I was suppose to get free shipping they said yes then secretly charged me $10 for shipping. Never shop here again. Unlike www.robecart.com their service is superb and the shipping is free.

This is totally waste of money, I have ordered shoes and the size which I was ordered they have not delivered. When I asked to there customer care then they said they will replace, I sent it back but still no replacement. I have lose my whole money plus courier changes, really this is worse purchase I have ever did. I found this product again on http://www.robecart.com. I ordered and they delivered it with exact size. They are providing 24X7 customer support services and there prices are 25% lesser then bloomingdales. Good Bye Bloomingdales now I have other option for online shopping.

Don't use Bloomingdales if you are purchasing from Australia. Customer service is an oxymoron where Bloomingdales is concerned. I tried and tried to purchase something online with no success. Many emails and international phone calls later their customer service staff could not fix the problem with the US address. Shop with Saks, Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus and myriad others if you and your wallet want to be treated with respect and care. I think the main problem with Bloomingdales is that they like to rip off Australians. But if you want to shop to a USA post forwarding address they can't rip you off. Try other department stores who value their customers. Shame on you Bloomingdales. No ethics. And you have robots who can't think outside the box on the email/chat and phone lines. Nice robots, but robots just the same.

Bought a jacket from Bloomingdales, received order confirmation a day later, with right address, but when they confirmed shipping, address was wrong. Called them immediately, for correction, had to call 4 times, every time I did so, customer service could not help, they were more interested in you taking their survey than making sure my address was corrected. Eventually, Carl the only knowledgable rep so far gave me UPS # to call and get it, now why would I spend all this time correcting their mistakes when I could just have gone to Nordstrom for impeccable service?. Regretted shopping there, would stick to Nordstrom.

I made shopping from nordstrom.com, i got acknowledge my appeal in 8 days its such and hard to sit tight for this much time and moreover its so much over the top i ran across every things, i have been exp. To purchase a rate of the denim pants from fsession.com they are much better than those.

The worst service ever at Bloomingdales online.
The package was just a thin plastic bag and taped mussily the bag was almost torn, item was out. Awful.
I have to send the badly wrinkled shirt to the laundry.
I found that product I had ordered at Fsession.com is much better than at this shop. Maybe it is best suits to me.
Such low-quality service is unbelievable. I will never come back again.

My order was placed on 12/31/13. My account was charged on 1/2/14. I checked the status of my order on 2/28/14 and the status was unpaid. I tried to call the US customer service # and it went into a loop with no one answering. I got the live chat and my status was changed to shipped. I was told it will take up to 4 weeks me to get my order.
So, i don't recommend this if somebody ask me about any shopping site.And at the same time i go through with fsession.com and they are much much better than that!

"I ordered online... They cancelled my order after few days claiming I've requested to cancel. I never did!
Customer Service rep said item out of stock finally and could not fetch supervisor to talk to me... promised they'd call me back. I am still waiting for Call!
If I can give them minus stars I would!

The purchasing experience at the store was pleasant but if you have any issues, don't expect any service going forward.

I bought (what we thought was) a very nice sofa in May and after a mere 4 months the cushions were failing and I'm not sure why, couldn't be my 110 lb body! I called the store, lots of back and forth and they sent a specialist out to take a look. He surveyed it and agreed it was defective. Offered to insert foam to help support them but being such a new sofa I was concerned about the overall quality of the piece. I requested a refund based on the defectiveness (sofa had been discontinued) and it was agreed to but in that process of arranging that, mgmt changed their mind and only offered foam inserts. I'm not sure why they went against their word.

Many sofas offer a manuf warranty of a year for fabric and foam which I am looking into. I just don't understand the unwillingness of help from the store, thanks for taking my money Evelyn (sales assoc).

This isnt value city and the reason why I shop at higher end stores, for service if it's needed! Would've been better off at value city. What a waste of money.

I purchased a suitcase from the website on 11/17/13 and when the package came on 11/19/13 it was a set of pots. I immediately called their customer service line and they assured me I would get the correct product in a couple of days. I let a week go by before I called again about my order. Still no suitcase and assured again I would get it after my call. I have made three calls and still have not received my order or a refund. They have until 12/9/13 before I report them to BBB.

Absolutely the worst. I had a gift card and tried to spend it online. The order went through but later they sent me an email saying additional information required. I called, waited for 30 minutes and finally someone picked up. He assured me after getting my credit card information, the order will go through. That was NOT the case. The second order was denied again pending "fraud investigation". I called again and spoke to several supervisors, and they still cannot tell me why the system flagged my order. It was a simple gift card paid with CASH. There was no credit card involved so how can there be any fraud? The truth of the matter is, they stole my money and now I am out a $200 gift card and my order.

This site is dangerous like a drug. Great prices the best customer service in the world, and good shipping. It use to be fantastic shipping but they switch to sure post with the USPS- which means post office issue ( have you tried dealing with the post office? Its not good). Other then sure post bloomies is the best!
