Terrible products and customer service

My children saved for quite some time to buy me what they thought would be a beautiful hamper seeing as we are in lockdown they spent $115 for something that was missing half the items wasn't even premium packaged like they ordered and the gourmet items were coles brand and cheap crackers pretzels and peanuts. And it was just dumped on the front step in the rain with no wrapping. As for customer service that is a joke just a whole lot of being passed off and sending more emails and photos in

So my flowers were delivered however as I didnt purchse a card my message was not included so the recipient had no idea who the flowers were from. This was not explained ANYWHERE on the website I rang and emailed with no assistance frnm the company. Buy your flowers from another florist,

Don't risk it

An update - they re-delivered after 27+ emails, various chats and phone calls. But this delivery was barely better than the first. I am asking for a full refund.

For my Dad who is not well and I haven't seen for months. I ordered a lovely basket for his birthday. After most of the day I called him, and although it was meant to be a surprise, told him to expect something.

What he got was not what I ordered. It's like someone went to the 7/11 and put whatever in a basket

Specific day required and confirmed, but delivered after 6pm on the day
Customer service 'chat' disconnected twice
Only delivered after I called (after the 2 chats) and after 6pm.
Attached is a photo of what he got. ACTUALLY a box of teevee snacks, packet of chips and oreos. Seriously?! This cost me about $65 with delivery.

He was upset, this is what he thought I ordered. He had to get it from the street - and only because I had told him to expect it, was it even found.

We all need a lift right now, and this is the opposite of that.

As can clearly see from photos what I received is nothing like what I ordered. They didn't include the card, the bear, the chocolates or the vase. After (no exaggeration) 32 phone calls and 7 promises of a call back I was offered a refund of $15 but no offer to resend the correct package. According to their service agent what I have pictured is of $200 in value. Please avoid ordering from this company as you will only be disappointed.

Did not deliver on time, were a day late. Flowers were not as ordered. Rubbish customer service. You can't even get on the phone to them, overseas call centre! They don't have any solid information to give you anyway. Stay away! Use someone else.

Bright yellow flowers sent for funeral, paid for $146 worth of flowers and got: 3 fully blown roses, 2 sticks of stock and yellow and white chrysanthemums. Could not get any service when i tried to complain and operator actually hung up on me twice when i said i wished to make a complaint. After 24hours your complaint is not longer valid. Don't buy from these people - it's a shonk!

I finally got a full refund, but buyers beware

I ordered flowers overnight to be delivered to my daughter at her place of work, a school, for her 40th birthday, as we are in lockdown. Order was accepted and paid for. I called Bloomex in the morning of 3 August. They assured me the courier had picked them up and would deliver before school closed. This did not happen. I made another call and the female who answered said the courier had got there too late. I asked if they could deliver to her home and she said yes, she would call my daughter to get the address. She did not do this. The next morning I used the chat line to find out what was happening and they said they had been delivered to the school address and a signature obtained. My daughter did not work yesterday so she expected to see the flowers waiting for her. No one in the office took delivery or signed for them. I checked the address and it was correct. So I called Bloomex, couldn't get through, left a message and my number and waited. Nothing. So I tried the chat line again, they told me the same story. I asked for a copy of the signature. I then received an email with a signature from a completely different address, on the Gold Coast. The school I sent them to is in Brisbane. I looked up the Gold Coast address and it doesn't exist on Google maps. Altogether I have sent 3 emails, been on 2 chats (tried a third time but no one talked to me. I have made 3 phone calls, so 9 attempts to resolve the matter. No one will respond from the company. I have no idea where this order went wrong, but I am $70 out of pocket.
Eventually I was told another story - that the courier had tried to deliver but was refused because of the COVID lockdown. The school denied this.
After many emails and refusing offers of fresh flowers or credits, I finally received a full refund.

Ordered almost 10 days ago and got confirmation from Bloomex about when to deliver. Today it was not delired according to plan. I tried to call their number but no one picked up the phone also tried their online chat but no response. This is the big scam. I am now in the process of claiming my refund. Dont know how to do it in paypal. I should have checked the product review before i placed any order.

Paid $135 for an Order that I never received.

I placed an order 2 days before the desired date of delivery for a birthday occasion. The order never turned up. I did not receive any communication of delays or if the order was in transit or not.
Their communication is very poor and immature.

In my Opinion, they are a very small-scale business with absolutely poor leadership with no sense of customer service mindset and would not serve you for your benefit.

If you are looking for delivery on a particular date for an occasion because you have sentiments attached to a person please do not rely on them. They are incompetent to cater to your needs and provide the services and even more when it comes to resolving the situation.

The worst customer experience of my life. Ordered flowers for a sick loved one, and they didnt arrive anywhere near agreed time. Refund refused as they blamed couriers not being in their control. Ghastly chat and phone service. Has clear intent of frustrating you out of demanding a refund, so here writing bad reviews on every site i can. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. At their own admission, they cant ensure your order arrives in timely fashion

Buyer beware!
Ordered flowers for a friend's birthday and the flowers never arrived. I ordered them two days prior to allow time for the company to arrange the flowers. I rang on the day of her birthday THREE times (after 5pm) to see where the flowers were and they kept telling me that the courier would deliver them before 9pm. I called AFTER 9pm and they told me they were delayed and wouldnt be delivered until the following Tuesday, that is FOUR days later! Apparently the courier was delayed. I requested a refund. They told me they couldn't do that. They assured me that a Manager would call me back the next morning, of course that never happened. I am still waiting. I have had numerous emails with the "wecare" email address but nothing has come from that apart from more lies. There are no flowers. I have come to accept that. I just want a refund, nothing more, nothing less. I have had to go the ACCC, lets see what happens there.

I wanted flowers to send to my Uncle in Griffith NSW as he has just lost his wife, my Aunty so I Googled Griffith Florist and Bloomex Griffith came up promising same day delivery to Griffith. I rang them at 7:35am yesterday morning and after speaking to the salesperson I ordered 12 yellow roses for $109. They promised same day delivery between 9am and 6pm.

I received a text from them at 10:30am to say they sent an email. I texted them back saying that I had not received an email. They texted me an hour later saying we sent the email to this address. I said that is the wrong address but here is the right one. I called them at 3pm in the afternoon. They did not pick up the call. By 5pm the flowers had still not arrived. I called them back a little after 5pm and spoke to a person. She said they have rescheduled the delivery for the next day because Griffith is out of the same day delivery area but they were going to include a complimentary box of chocolates. I asked them to contact me the next morning. They didn't. I rang them at 9am and was told the flowers would be delivered before 9pm tonight and that the type of flowers I ordered did not include same day delivery (weird, they did the day before?).

The websites states they are in Griffith. They clearly state same day delivery in Griffith.

This company has a very low moral compass and choose to lie than deal with their own incompetence. Needless to say, they won't be getting any flowers from me in the future!

Wanted to send something special to cousins in Perth for the passing of my Uncle from Melbourne to Perth I ordered from Bloomex a Pineapple with 13 fruits in a basket and added a large box of chocolates.

I received a photo to say thank you for the fruit basket there was no pineapple and only 5 fruits with a small box of chocolates defiantly not what I ordered as per below photos.

When I called Bloomex on the afternoon of Friday 11/6/2021 to tell them about the wrong order and emailed pictures to *******@bloomex.com.au I was told they would resend the order next day Saturday.

Nothing was received when I called Bloomex I was told and also received an email that they were investing awaiting new stock! Seriously on a a pineapple fruit and chocolate...

I called again today Tuesday 15/6/2021 to check the status of my WRONG order. I was told today that the order was delivered yesterday BUT it wasn't I WAS TOLD it is being investigated ONCE again.

I have sent an email to Australian Competition and Consumer Commission and will take this further from what I can see on all the bad reviews on Bloomex I wish I would of looked at before placing an order.

DEFINALTY WILL TAKE THIS FURHTER

Honestly, I was scared to order from Bloomex with all the recent negative reviews, and even more so when I received an email as soon as I had placed my order, asking me to leave a positive review in exchange for a voucher (tacky).
NOTE: NOT DOING THIS FOR THE VOUCHER ($20 wouldn't go too far anyway, but I want everyone to know this is an honest review!)

That being said, the hamper of chocolates I ordered arrived in Kalamunda the same day and in a great condition (as far as I know). I did pay extra to 'upsize' the hamper, and while I'm not sure that did happen (it looked no bigger than the original image on the site) I have nothing to compare it to (except aforementioned image‍).

The receiver loved the hamper and there were quite a number of items included, so overall I am happy and would absolutely order from Bloomex again!

Bloomex flowers are always fresh and beautiful. I recently sent the white roses arrangement to three of my relatives! Every person described the flowers as "breathtaking "! Works for me!
