I bought flowers and a card for a friends funeral but they never arrived. When I contacted Bloomex they blamed the courier for the delay. Finally I asked for a refund but they sent the flowers to me. The flowers had been in transit for 5 days and when they arrived they were dead. When I complained Bloomex said I could get 20% on another order but no refund. Apparently they have been scamming everyone, I'm not the only one. Google should be ashamed of supporting scams like this one.
Such a dodgy business. Flowers arrived 4 days after requested delivery date, dead. Just like all the other reviewers experience. They were sent via Aust. Post and had to be collected from the post office. Give these people a wide berth, it's not worth it.
Ordered flowers for a 21st birthday on the 25th oct 2021. Placed order 2 days prior to the expected delivery... today is the 28th of oct, its 7pm AND STILL NO FLOWERS!
CALLED THE COMPANY AND THEY GIVE THE EXCUSE ITS IN TRANSIT. THEY OFFERED A $30 CREDIT AND REFUND OF DELIVERY... NOT GOOD ENOUGH!
WHO WANTS TO SPEND ANYMORE MONEY WITH THIS DODGY COMPANY!

Flowers ordered by my sister on 20/9.21 to be sent to me. The very rude and uncooperative employee promised the would arrive on 30/9/21. The flowers were bruised, dried out and stank. I retrieved the invoice and threw the lot in the recycling bin after taking photos. My sister tried to make a complaint, but when she said her phone call was about an existing order she was put on hold for about 30 minutes the just hung up on. As she has just been discharged from hospital I have taken up her battle.
I emailed BLOOMEX and received the standard computer generated letter. Eventually they acknowledged my complaint and promised to resend flowers, supposed to arrive on 12/10/21. They arrived on the 14/10/21 in much the same condition as the first lot but at least they did not stink. They did, however, fall to bits when I undid the paper in preparation to putting any that were still ok into a vase. Very pretty cascade of rose petals, but I would have really preferred the petals to be on the stalks. I emailed BLOOMEX with the new pics and as of 1.30pm 15/10/21 I have had no reply, not even a computer generated acknowledgment.
The thing is, I am in lockdown, retired and have very little else to do. So BLOOMEX, you can expect emails constantly until you see fit to fully refund my sister.
I ordered flowers for someone dear to me who was very sick. The flowers delivered we're half dead & pocked with black marks. What a shock!
The company was really difficult to deal with. I will need use them again.
I ordered a bouquet of orchids (50 blooms) to be delivered on a specific date as a 'get well' gift to an injured family member. The flowers delivered by Bloomex were a disgrace, being approx one quarter of the advertised/promoted number of blooms, accompanied by a wilting piece of indeterminate green foliage jammed in at the front, and delivered late on the wrong date. All requests to Bloomex for a refund were refused which would only offer a discount on my next purchase - useless and unwanted as I will not use Bloomex and nor would I recommend it due to substandard product and substandard service. I disputed the Bloomex purchase transaction with my credit card provider (CBA) which eventually and begrudgingly issued a refund of the purchase price. I have found dozens of reviews online which mirror my consumer experience with Bloomex. Consumers have even set up a Facebook page 'Bloomex Australia Sucks' and posted photos of what they received compared to what they ordered. According to NSW Fair Trading, consumers have lodged numerous complaints about Bloomex and according to a Fairfax newspaper article the ACCC has investigated complaints about Bloomex (and similar online flower retailers) - and yet 5 years later Bloomex continues to conduct itself in the same manner. I intend to avoid all online flower retailers and only make future floral purchases through trusted, established 'bricks and mortar' local florists.
Flowers left at wrong address, flowers very poor quality, petals falling off, other flowers in bunch crushed, roses bruised, vase does not appear to be hand blown as stated on web site. Certainly would not use this florist again.
I bought Sweet Blossoms for a friend's birthday. The delivery was late and the flowers were chrysanthemum; nothing like in the website! Do not buy from Bloomex; it is fraud.
I ordered a bunch of flowers in good faith to be delivered on a certain date. Payment was taken however on the day in question I get an email to state they can't deliver because the address is out of their range, but, they can deliver 3 days later! WTF? Then, despite me using an Aus card from an Aus bank on their Aus website, the fact I was overseas when I ordered, they charged me in US dollars, so the bunch which I bought as advertised for AU$110 cost me AU$160! All for a bunch of flowers so pathetic that my 8 yo daughter was so upset and embarrassed, she went and picked flowers from the garden to try and improve the display. Avoid, avoid, avoid!
Ordered a bereavement bouquet on Friday, paid for delivery on Monday. Monday I received a call saying it would now be delivered Tuesday with an upgrade. The bouquet was never delivered on Tuesday. Bloomex provided the tracing number with Australia Post and last scanning was 6 hours away on Monday night. Despite repeated calls on Tuesday to check, I was assured by the customer service representative at 3:00pm that the bouquet would be delivered on sometime on Tuesday. When it wasn't, I called on Wednesday morning and was flat out lied to by the customer service representative saying that they had attempted delivery at 2:00pm but no one was there, when in fact someone was at the property all day, (and I had been on the photo with Bloomex at 3:00pm on Tuesday and they were still saying it would be delivered). Still no flowers and the whole experience has been utterly disgusting. I'm so concerned about what will show up (if anything) after it has been without refrigeration or water for days. It seems Bloomex have no respect for their customers - and what's the point of a bereavement bouquet a week later?
I had arranged a reef with a card for a loved ones funeral and they never turned up. I have rang them 20 times and when you eventually get through all I am told is it's under investigation. Still no refund 4 days later. This business is an absolute joke
Placed an order six days prior to event, got a confirmation three days prior. But no delivery on the day.
When I rang to enquire about the non delivery, all they could say was sorry, NOT GOOD ENOUGH. It says in their adverts same day delivery, I very much doubt this as they could not deliver with six days notice. I would not recommend this company. - Peter Hayes
Ordered the Magical Mixture bouquet for $75 and paid an extra $20 for same day delivery for mum's birthday. It arrived very late in the evening after following up the delivery twice to be told it's in transit. The bouquet looked nothing like what I ordered online. It looked like a small bouquet you may purchase for $15-20 at Woolworths or the petrol station. It consisted of 2 roses, 2 lilies, a lot of cheap looking foliage and some faded purple flowers, delivered in a cardboard box! The company tried to say this was worth $75 and the flowers were buds hence bouquet small. It has 2 roses and 2 lilies! That's what they charged me $75 for! This company does not deliver what it promises, it delivers it late and it has bad customer service. To avoid being ripped off please stay away. They won't make it right if you complain. No one can tell me that 2 roses and 2 lilies are a bouquet worth $75! Oh, I should mention that on their website this bouquet was listed at $95 and was discounted to $75 I've had the most awful experience with them. Not only was I ripped off but I was so embarrassed in front of my mum by the cheap looking flowers!
This place is a scam and they will steal your money!
BLOOMEX ARE THIEVES!
DO NOT USE THIS FLOWER SERVICE AS THEY ARE A SCAM AND WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT DELIVER YOUR SELECTED PURCHASE! WORSE IS THEY WILL ASK FOR A FURTHER $14.95 SAYING THAT THEY TRIED TO DELIVER BUT WILL ONLY TRY AGAIN IF YOU PAY MORE MONEY! WHAT THE HELL?
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT HELPFUL AND ARE RUDE! I WISH I HAD OF READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE PAYING MONEY TO THIS FRAUDULENT BUSINESS!
NOT HAPPY AS THIS COMPANY DOES NOT CARE, EVEN THOUGH THEY SAY THEY DO. THEY WILL, AND I REPEAT, THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU.
Order # *******

Ordered flowers 7 days in advance for our daughter's 25 birthday and did not arrive, We are very disappointed with the lack of service.
Lady on the phone said she would be happy with getting flowers a day late, we are not.

I called to complain about them ruining a surprise flower delivery my husband had planned for me by sending me a text to track it instead of him. They hung up 8 times straight after answering or when trying to find my order number, NEVER APPOLOGISED for hanging up OR their stuff up and instead had the gull to say "surely you knew you were getting flowers!" and "they will be delivered by 9pm"
They had also texted my husband earlier that day stating delivery was set for between 9am-5pm that day but instead decided later that they would deliver between 6-9pm despite having sent this message.
Their operators either don't answer, are coached to answer the exact same way (we will deliver before 9pm and ignore anything else you have to say), or just hang up when it gets too hard!
And to top it off their were oreos in my delivery and when they arrived they were all crush and low and behold go to call back again about this and NO ANSWER.
I HAVE NEVER RECIEVED SUCH DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WOULD RECOMMEND ANYONE LOOKING TO ORDER TO RUN THE OTHER WAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!
I was very disappointed with the flowers that was delivered. What I ordered and what I got is two completely different. I will not use their services again. This was for a Birthday day and it a disaster. Spoke to customer service and confirm is that It should have been 8 roses with baby breath and leather leaves, got 7 Roses, wrong vase
Ordered flowers for a relative for a funeral except it was not the nice photo from their website but a cheaper bouquet that I could have bought from a supermarket. Unable to reach them by phone or on their live chat.
I then decided to check the reviews www.productreview.com.au and I could not believe the many complaints. I am sorry now that I never checked the reviews first and foremost before parting with nearly $100.
Tried to organise flowers to be delivered to one of the Lockdown LGA's in Sydney this week. Trying to deal with Bloomex is a big mistake. Tried to ring the company to see if they could deliver. Left phone message…no answer. No response! Tried the online Chat…no answer, no response. Went to book. Online. Filled each of the sections correctly and then when the confirmation came through the flat number of the apartment block had been removed. Tried to ring the company to get their mistake corrected. Left phone message…no answer. No response! Tried the online Chat…no answer, no response. Sent email… the day after the flowers should have been delivered get an email to say my rider status had been altered…Get a phone call from the person I sent the flowers to late that afternoon. She finally had the flowers but no name, no note, no card! ( and the flowers look like they have been at the bottom of a stack in a truck). Email a complaint to the company. They reply asking for a photo of the card they did not deliver………If you click on the link to review your order you get a 440 Error message and that doesn't work either…. Don't Deal with this company!
Answer: Line is so disgusting you can't hear them and they repeat the same "I understand how you feel" Well no they don't because it's not their loved one that didn't get the flowers delivered when requested. And stop blaming COVID 19, Sydney has been case free for some time now.
Answer: I have used flowersacrossmelbourne to send flowers to my mother on her birthday. Absolutely never had a problem. I wish Brisbane had a company like them. Bloomex is a rip-off merchant.
Answer: Because they promised delivery on a specific day - but failed miserably when the flowers were delivered TWO DAYS LATER & left outside the property overnight without informing the recipient that they were there.
