Do not purchase from this company! Image one shows the arrangement I purchased online for Mother's Day. The second image is what was delivered. The style of flower and the color palette is completely different. Bloomex customer service did nothing to rectify the situation. They simply sent me a disclaimer saying that the flowers delivered were acceptable substitution. I'm absolutely disgusted by their customer service.
After trying to get through to Bloomex, they finally answered the phone and said they would upgrade the flowers because the first batch was frozen and the petals were falling off. The second batch arrived, but they are not much better. They are mums and they look dead too and dried out. Very disappointed in this company. I have advised my granddaughter not to order flowers from there again.
For $96.00. I got flowers sent to my mom. I added on extra, and got nothing like what I actually ordered or was charged for. My daughter recommended them. But, I certainly got better arrangements from telaflora for a heck of alot less.
I am so pissed off right now. It's a freaking $20 Costco bouquet that cost me $96.00. Unfreaking believable. Never again. Picture on left is what I ordered. Picture on right is crap I got.
I ordered an arrangement that was two dozen long stemmed roses. When it was delivered there were one dozen roses with a lot of green leaves to bulk up the bouquet.
I email Bloomex and provided a photo of what was delivered. The response was the arrangement was in accordance with their policy and item description.
Please don't use this company as the pictures & descriptions of their arrangements are not what is delivered.

I ordered sympathy flowers for my Sister on Wednesday night. I paid the $19.95 fee to have these delivered the next day... 4 days later they still had not been delivered!
After 2 phone calls hopefully I will be refunded...
Flowers didn't arrive and food hamper was cheap and nasty. This company should be held accountable for basically stealing from people.
Wish people check the reviews before ordering flowers so that they do not order from them. For me I received wrong flowers and to top it they were tied by an elastic band and dumped in a box. No water, broken heads and they were dying and wilted.
Customer service has no authority except asking you to mail the pictures to a domain in Australia. *******@bloomex.au.

My 89 yr old mother called me crying because her Mother's Day arrangement was made up of dead flowers. The rose petals were falling off, the purple mums were dead, and the carnations were all dried up and the edges were brown. She said the only parts that were alive were the two pieces of green ferns that were there for background greenery. I tried getting through on the toll-free line for over an hour. Their recording kicks you off hold after 3:30 and you have to dial up again. I tried to do their live chat but it's not a "live" person it's really a bot that gives you canned answers.
Eg. It wanted my order number corrected when I'd had a typo. Fine, I corrected it. I then wrote in everything you see in this review. They asked for a photo to be sent to a certain email so they could "investigate it". I explained my mother is 89 and lives alone and can't take a photo of it. Then the bot comes back and says "Would you like to place an order?"
You can't talk to a live person, you can't get a "live" person on the chat, so there's no recourse for an arrangement of dead flowers. And to top it all off, I'd put instructions that the delivery driver would have to go inside the main door of the seniors building and knock on her inside door (which is clearly marked). Someone found them on the SIDEWALK outside her building and brought them to her.
Completely unacceptable, inexcusable, and I've been a Bloomex customer since 2014. I will never give them a cent again.
This company is garbage. Made my order on Thursday May 5th with a delivery date of May 7th by 8pm. At 758pm on May 7th i called the company asking were is my order, they said the area is not in our service area ( Wasaga beach Ontario) and Purolator will deliver them on May 9th a day after mothers day. I said no this is unacceptable as it states on your website you deliver anywhere in Canada. They said we will try to get Purolator to deliver them on mothers day by 9pm. What a $#*!ing joke this company is save your money and order from a reliable flower shop.
What a terrible company. Definitely don't use them if you are trying to send someone a special gift. I tried to send my mom a bouquet for Mother's Day and they delivered a broken vase and squashed flowers on the wrong day. My mother tried to reach their customer service to resolve the problem herself and they wouldn't help her. She then told me about the delivery so I called their customer service to request a refund (as the delivery was garbage), and they would only offer refund the vase. I don't know about you but sending someone a box of broken glass and dead flowers kind of defeats the purpose of a flower delivery (seems like more of a threat than a gift). Last time I order anything from them and I suggest you save yourself the pain and look elsewhere for flowers.

First and last time I'll ever order from Bloomex. I would give negative stars if i could. After being told by 3 different people (online chat) they would definitely be delivered in time for mothers day, i wake up to a text telling me they'll be here, for sure, on the Monday AFTER Mothers day.
By some miracle, they got here early... packaging was pathetic. Vase was broken. Flowers were stuffed into the box with it, and they were NOT the "supersize" ordered. Can't say enough bad things about Bloomex, and everyone I know will hear about them too.
Had an order to be delivered. Received an email that the driver couldn't find the address so went back to the warehouse. I contacted the and they asked me to pay another $14.95 for re delivery. I will never order from them again.
We ordered a basket with a couple of different plants and flowers in it. It was delivered late and when it was received the plant was all knocked about, the basket was broken, the bow crushed, the plants were broken and the bag that the basket was in was full of dirt from the plants being knocked upside down. When I contacted Bloomex and sent pictures their response was sorry that your plants had a bit of dirt on them and they offered me a $10 credit. I will never use Bloomex again, terrible customer service!
Would give a 0 is I could. Not even sure how this company stays in business with such terrible product & customer service. 1st time flowers were delivered frozen solid - only gave me a credit so had to use them again. 2nd time they were delivered on wrong date, not what i ordered and full of mold!
The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The order was never delivered and they refuse to give any type of a refund for a 70$ order. The best they are willing to do for me is 15$ in store credit. Even though my 70$ order never arrived? Literally stealing at this point. I never got my order thus people should be reimbursed. What a joke
I have sent flowers with Bloomex several times. The site is easy to use, delivery is when promised and flowers are fresh and as described.

My friend of many years wanted to surprise me with a lovely floral boutique she ordered from Bloomex as a thank you…this lovely gesture turned out to be a terrible experience not only for her but myself for her it was a waste of her money and was treated to very very poor customer service when she reached out to Bloomex and for me very sad to have flowers delivered to me crushed dead and broken and have to explain to my friend who only wanted to send me flowers as a lovely thought… my friend reached out to Bloomex via email and they said that customer service would get back to her in 24 hours two days later she reached out to them yet again via live chat and they said customer service would be in touch then they offered her a resend bouquet to myself which was three days ago and yet to receive it and she should've been giving a full refund at the very least which they didn't even offer. Can't believe a company that has such bad customer service is even in business…
I ordered the funeral package for my mum's funeral (order # *******), but was very disappointed with the delivery, especailly one which was supposed to be a casket spray but appeared more as a bouquet of roses! I complained, as I had asked for the measurements of each arrangement and this did not comply with what was provided - but they refused to accept it and hence I have to let others know that the pictures and names can be decieving. So I would not recommend this florist.
