Disappointed!

I ordered two paint by number kits on May 9,2020 and have yet received them! The shipping information is misleading they ship from China! Do not waste your money! Scam!

Same story as most of these other reviews. Website showed an American address, and nowhere was it mentioned that these products actually ship from China. Had I known that, I would have never ordered, especially with the pandemic going on. I would have assumed it would take too long to get here. However, I didn't know. Save yourself time and frustration (and money) and do not order from here. It's been more than two months and there is no sign that my things are coming anytime soon.

Scam Artists

I ordered the painting of the Lion and it looks nothing like the picture in their advertisement and the picture on the outside of the box. The paintbrushes are of poor quality. It is really disappointing to have ordered on April 23rd and not get the product until until the middle of May and the product looks totally different from what I ordered. I stopped painting because the colors are UGLYI also thought that I was ordering from a company here in the US and I found out weeks after I ordered that the painting is actually manufactured in China. I definitely don't recommend that anyone orders from this company unless they want want to be extremely DISAPPOINTED

I ordered a paint by number on May 2nd to work on during the pandemic. I was super excited for the one that I found. They provided me a tracking number and its one update has been label printed for 23 DAYS. Doesn't say it has been shipped or received by USPS just that the label has been printed. I emailed their customer service and all they do is resend the tracking info and told me that because there has been so many orders that it will take a long time to get sorted. In my opinion, if it is taking 23 days to sort mail at a post office something isn't right. SO I put a claim in through paypal, I paid $27 for one paint my number and now I'm pissed. Again their response to PayPal was the tracking info with the same non updated info. I hope PayPal is smart enough to look at it and refund me. DO NOT order from these people!

Don't buy

I bought two tapestries and after the tracking stayed in limbo for a week and a half it finally updated after a poor back and forth with this person in the customer care department. In the end it finally came and it was blurry as hell couldn't even see a good outline of the photo. These dudes are chinese amateurs don't buy their crap other sites like Qstomize which they do take at least a month to make however the item did come and in great quality be warned Bling Panting is terrible.

They surprised me

I ordered a custom tapestry from a photo from my phone. The resolution wasn't great, but the tapestry came out awesome! I read the reviews after purchasing and was nervous about it, but they really did a great job. I would have given 5 stars except that they mislead about shipping from China.

I received a paint by numbers that I was unhappy with - it was of poor quality and the listing misrepresented the product. I would have never have purchased it if I had known the product I was going to receive. When I emailed customer service flatly refused to allow me to return the product, despite a very clear presented satisfaction guarantee displayed under the product reading: "100% Satisfaction Guarantee Customer Happiness is our No. 1 priority. If you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason at all, let us know! We'll be happy to refund you 100% of your purchase price or ship you replacement kits."

This guarantee is fradulent, and this website sells low quality products and provides terrible customer service. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered 2 paint by numbers to help my disabled Vet husband during this stay at home pandemic. A week after the "It has shipped" email, I asked for a tracking number. It never tracked anywhere! A month later (I was told 2 weeks) I got one of the orders! The other order is in limbo! The seller said they'd give me a refund, but I haven't seen it yet. I put in a dispute to my PayPal account.

Horrible service

Ordered my tapestry's on April 23,2020. Just received only one of my tapestry's today on Thursday May 14,2020. The picture quality is garbage. If I was told the photos I used were too low of resolution I would have never ordered. From the looks of these reviews it looks like I won't be getting my other tapestry. I paid $51 for only half my order. Can't get through to customer service. This company deserves to be shut down.

Fraudulent company

I ordered a paint by numbers kit thinking this would be shipped in the US since their website states it's a US based company. My order was shipped from China. My order took a month to get to me. When I finally got it I reached out via email to initiate a return because I no longer needed it. I get an email back from Jean who says if there's not a quality issue we can't refund you. I asked her to show me on the website where it says that. The website says no refunds for partially or completed paint by numbers kits, mine was neither. If you notice there is no customer service phone number which should have been my first red flag. There's an email address and a phone number to text which I thought was odd. This "Jean" person can't spell much less put a sentence together correctly when she replied back to my email. Bottom line do not buy from here. I will be reporting this company to the BBB.

I ordered on April 24th and still have not recieved my order. The DHL tracking is still saying "EN ROUTE TO DHL ECOMMERCE DISTRIBUTION CENTER" since April 27th. I will be calling my credit card company tomorrow to dispute the charges.

Failure to deliver

Ordered product, promise to deliver 5-14 days. After 18 days it still has not arrived. I'll be requesting a refund then issuing a credit card chargeback.

They are awful! They state that their products will be delivered in 7-10 days, then send an email stating that there is a delay and that they will give you 15% off your next order - which you will never use because you will never order from them again. They also said the delay was due to them printing my order. Another lie! It was delayed because it was being shipped from China; there was no way this order could possibly have been delivered in two weeks. I ordered two framed canvases because I cannot stretch canvas nor did I want to pay someone to do it. Please see the photo I included of my "framed" canvas! I would love to return for a refund but I'm sure it will cost me $50 in return shipping costs. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS CHINESE COMPANY!

Disappointed

It took over a month to receive my order (2 custom tapestry's) they sat in a distribution center for most of that time. The material of the tapestry's are thin and cheap feeling, the quality of the print on them is subpar. I guess I expected a lot better quality. After reading the reviews I won't even bother trying to ask for a refund on one of my tapestry's... cause it sounds like I won't get it but just know that the colors bled into each other on just ONE tapestry making the whole thing look awful... I also found out this place isn't in the US, not that that's a huge deal usually but when you lie about being in the US and you aren't? Doesn't sit right with me.
