I ordered a 40x60" banner for my sons 1st birthday. I ordered it September 30th, i recieved it on October 19th in the US from China. After purchasing saw these piir reviews and panicked, I disputed if with paypal as fraudulent and emailed customer service, Jean, responded promptly, I checked in almost daily to see why it wasnt moving and if I didnt have it in time it'd be pointless so wanted a refund however that wasn't necessary, Jean got back to me every night about my order and it came in pretty good time considering the pandemic and location. I did Express to customer service these reviews I read about people not getting their packages etc but they ensured I hot mine. Sometimes you just have to be persistent and I'm glad I was because I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

I placed an order on July 14,2020 and just received todayAugust 10,2020. After waiting almost 3 weeks I sent a text message to find out why I didn't receive a tracking number. Someone responded almost 8 hours later to let me know that my order was processed and on the way and finally sent me a shipping number. I was a little bit skeptical after that because I check the reviews and did not see anything good. But I do have my banner for my birthday and it looks pretty good. I am pleased.

Just want to let any interested buyer of Bling Painting products to beware when considering purchases. I placed an order for 2 paint-by-number kits in early April trying to help small business during the pandemic. But, I should have remembered my mom's saying, "no good deed goes unpunished." I never received my order because it was shipped to a wrong address, even though they had my correct address! I contacted Bling Painting and their response was basically "if you want to find your order, here's the U.S. Postal Service number, call them." No offer to replace the items or issue refund, and I believe they should have made an effort to resolve the matter, not me. I am very disappointed with this company and I will NEVER purchase from them again. I will also yell it from the rooftops to warn others not to buy from this business. There are others out there ALOT better!

I ordered this as a gift for my daughter on June 11,2020 and it was shipped the next day from CHINA. When I inquired about the status of my order, I was rudely answered by a "Jean" who told basically said, here is the tracking number, look it up yourself... Tracking information provided from THREE different sources... Most show a delivery date of 6/7/20... That is 26 days for shipping!

I ordered two paint-by-number kits. They did take awhile to arrive, thanks to Covid, but they did show up and the one I've completed turned out great! Quality is the same as all the other kits I've ordered from other places, even though Bling kits cost less. I had to message them a few times, first for me messing up the shipping address, and again for shipment tracking info. Jean in customer service was extremely helpful. I was always responded to within a day and was well taken care of. I'd buy from here again.

I don't know what else I could that hasn't been said by all the other reviews. Paid for a tapestry, around $40. Never received, rather received some other product which I have no idea what it is. Customer service is non existent, ran by a character named "Jean" who I am 100% sure is using an english translator to communicate with his victims. Anything else you want to know? Look around the reviews they don't lie. Shop safe everyone.
