Was provided with a tracking number than got email that it was still in production and that there would be a delay, messaged support and was told it was on the way, asked why I got conflicting info was advised to wait that it's on the way. The status for the USPS tracking has not changed since 6/3. How do you provide a tracking number when you get a email on 6/3 that it hasn't been sent. Horrible experience and from reading the reviews I'm going to be more upset if I do get it and the quality is poor after waiting this long. Had I known it was not being made here I would not have ordered. The last email response was from Jean which sounds like she is a one person show there made no sense. Do not order from here! Never again! And to this day tracking has not updated andb8 find it hard to believe my pkg has been sitting in a postal facility in Coppell, TX for this long. Contacted usps and was told my order was not in shipment that pertsins to that tracking #.

I ordered from this company 3 months ago. They claimed it took a month to ship the product. Its been over 2 months since they insisted it was shipped. I've contacted them several times, They now claim due to the corona virus shipments are delayed. I've received numerous shipments from China and none took longer than 10 days to arrive. I've contacted my Credit Card Company and they are investigating this Bling transaction as a fraudulent charge, and possible Scam. Believe none of the positive reviews on this site. As the company, they are fraudulent as well.

Do NOT purchase anything from Bling Painting! My paint-by-number kit was ordered April 1st and still on June 12th, I have not received the correct product. A hair pick with a level was delivered instead (see photo). I have received the run-around from Jean at Bling Painting and have absolutely NO confidence that I will receive the refund I requested - or the actual correct product. This company is a complete SCAM! I wish I could give them less than one star.

Ordered product from Bling months ago, never received. The company claims shipping delays due to Covid, yet they still took my money (months ago) without that warning message. Sorry, it's fraud - don't accept payment for a product you'll deliver one year out - ridiculous. Unfortunately I used PayPal, so when a vendor can produce shipping details (fraudulent or not), PayPal won't refund/protect buyers. Steer clear of this company- criminal.

I ordered a flip sequin pillowcase for a friend who contracted covid-19. This company created and sent a perfect pillow that made my friend laugh and feel a bit better. The shipping was delayed because of covid shipping issues, and I was in contact with the company via text through the entire process. They handled my grouchyness with such class and I just really appreciate them for not just making a nice product, but for dealing with me. I can be a real bear under stress and they GOT IT. Thank you! You guys friggin rock.

I ordered a customized pillow and a customized blanket for my mom with my dad picture on there due to the fact that he recently passed in February mind you I ordered it for Mother's Day a whole three weeks in advance and here it is June and I still haven't received my product. And I haven't receive a refund Nor can I contact customer service because they never answer the phone and never ever respond to any questions. All they do is send fake tracking numbers I have received a total of four tracking numbers and still no product and no refund.
