I ordered a roman shade and it was a perfect fit. I was going for a tailored simple look and was very pleased. The quality is top and price very reasonable. Great purchase.
I have ordered two times from Blindster and both orders were perfect. The orders arrived well-packaged, quickly, and the products were perfect.
The blinds do the job. They were a bit difficult to install since they did not include instructions. It wasn't until about the 4th set of blinds were installed that we though of looking on the websire for instructions. The quality of the faux wood is pretty cheap and dents easily. Some are dented by the strings that hold them together. Also, most of our valances are about 1 inch too short.
The blinds are great quality. They look like they came from a very high end store. Even better is the customer service at Blindster.com. We measured two of our blinds incorrectly and there was no problem with getting replacements.
Will definitely buy more for the other windows in my house. High quality. Fit perfectly and love that they are made in USA. Thank you for a great product.
I was very please with the (3) Kitchen Cubbard doors they produced. I ordered at the beginning of july, requested expedited shipping and paid extra for it. However, I didn't get the product until until August. I would use this place again if I find the need but would request update on order status sooner.
Shopping was easy on blindster.com, instructions for measuring were easy to follow. The customer support is great, very friendly and helpful on the phone. I got Romans, my only suggestion is that perhaps a thinner needle be used for stitching as the needle points seem to be a source of letting light come through the black out blinds. Otherwise they're a great deal.
Excellent service, easy to install, great blinds will order again
Needed a one inch blind to fit in a window over our kitchen sink. Followed the directions and ordered the blind. Fits and works fine.
Was happy with the overall experience. The website was easy to navigate, and I was confident I knew what the blind looked like before I ordered. We needed to cover 3 80" long windows, and was pleased to see the blinds were spot on with our frames. Was not going to do online blinds, concerned about sizing and quality. The price is what drove us to give it a try, and so glad we did.
The sewing was off grain in several areas of the shades, also the valence on the continuous chord is different than the regular Roman shades. Also the depth is different, and the stick out of the window, while the regular Roman shades in the other room (with the same 2 1/2 inch depth) sticks out and shows the mechanism!
Part of the beauty of Roman shades is how the fabric folds nicely in pleats. These stick out!

We can certainly take care of the problem if the sewing is not right. Unfortunataely, the continuous cord loop does require a wider headrail to accommodate the mechanisms required. The flush mount required for every product is listed in the specifications on our website.
I will give you a call to see what we can do to get this resolved.
The price is right, they fit the window, easy to install, and the quality is the best.
I was able to install these 72 inch inch blinds by myself in a very short time. I love the up and down movement. I will buy more.

I received help with the order we did the install and they look great.
We moved into a new house and needed window coverings. We chose room darkening shades for most of the windows with some top and bottom opening. The quality of these shades is wonderful. The installation was fairly easy too. We're very satisfied.
This is our 5th time ordering blinds from Blindstwr and they always arrive in great condition and as ordered. This time we ordered a loop cird (which was new fie us) and we ended up having questions. The customer service rep was really nice and very helpful.
