We do not use the credit card we purchased our blinds from you, often. We use that one so sparingly that the last purchase we used it, in months, was at Blindster! We were alerted that our credit card was used for large amounts of purchases elsewhere, apparently because Blindster employees are either dishonest with your customers information, and/or your websrte is not secure. Thank goodness our credit card company alerted us, but we were highly inconveneinced and were required to close the account and reopen it with new cards issued days later. Please update your security with your customers.
I ordered roller shades for our ranch cabin - the shades are great. My only negative is the measuring and even though I was provided assistance, the shades were about 1/2 inch too narrow, but they will work. My customer service representative, Sandra, was terrific! Can't say enough good things about her help.
Double cell blinds look great and installation was quick and easy. I ordered the cordless bottom down, and the only issue I have is that the wider window blinds (42") do not raise quicky. Overall, very happy with product and service.
If you measure exactly the way they tell you too your blinds will come out just right. Good quality.

I was very impressed with the ease of ordering, the quick shipping time frame and the customer service regarding "fit or free". Everyone was very nice and professional. Blinds look great and were easy to install.
I made a test order initially. They arrived within two weeks from start to finish. The blinds were well packed, included all hardware and clear directions. The item itself was very nice. All clean edges, quality work. Their performance is super! Nearly all light is blocked (just edges allow some bleed by) and the foil lined, R5 value is a great piece of our home's efficiency measures.
I returned to buy more. And will return to buy more!
Had an issue with the wood blinds I ordered and they sent a replacement promptly! Hopefully the new set will not do what the first set did.
For the do it yourselfer, measure, order, install. Lots to choose from and a good website. The samples arrived within 2 days, that was a great thing. I would certainly buy from them again. Also, good videos showing how the blinds operate.
My only issue is that the exact measurements of the blinds ordered can vary. This fact is in the specifications only, so while we read the other info, instructions and watched the video, we missed this. But the staff answers emails rapidly and they provide excellent service until customers are satisfied. The blinds are very high quality and look wonderful in our apt.

We were very impressed with the site, easier to navigate and clear as to what was needed in the instructions, better that another that also sells blinds. Delivery was as stated, 1 wk to 10 days, and we were surprised to as how simple they were to put up ourselves! And like the quality, am very happy. Much nicer that all plastic blinds. Would definitely order from Blindster again!
Directions to measure were clear and concise. Ordering was easy. Shipment time was very reasonable and package arrived with no damage. No missing parts and installing was a snap.
