This was an "add-on" to the order placed earlier this year to install Blindster's
2 1/2" wood blinds throughout our new house. We were very pleased with our purchase but found that we had forgotten to order blinds for one of the windows!

I have a lot of windows and took a bold step in replacing all of my 'heavy' horizontal blinds (boring white) with cellular shades from Blindster. In my case I chose a variety of colors and features for different room purposes. I worked this project with two separated purchase orders. OMG I am so happy with the modern appeal of cellular. Your customer service is top notch too. They encouraged me to accept some samples first (looking out for me) which made my purchase a confident one. I love these blinds! The only minor feedback I have is that the double blinds on a single mounting rail (for bigger windows) don't have the same pretty decorative panel on the top to match the single blind windows. On my second purchase I chose two separate single shades for my remaining big windows instead of a single rail mount... looks much better. Great experience... Thanks Blindster!

We have been in our custom designed home for thirty-two years and decided to replace ten large window shades with Blindster products. I installed them myself without major issue. The new blinds are a cleaner more modern design and look great when lowered to block the fierce sun on our hill top home. We are 100% satisfied.

We always purchase our blinds when Blindster offers their 35% discount. That makes their quality blinds affordable. Have never had an issue with any or our two dozen or so Blindster blinds. Just make sure your measurements are correct.
Inside valance magnet was broken. It likely happened during shipping. I repaired it myself to the best of my ability; not sure how it will hold up, so far so good. They offered to rebuild it and gave me a $10 credit. I said I will see if it holds up. If it does not they made note in my file and said they would send a re-built one if I desire. So I think that was fair.
I ordered several blinds for my home. I received an e-mail a day or so later advising that some of the blinds were backordered, but the e-mail advised me of the expected shipping date, so I did not mind. When I received my first shipment, the track for the blinds was damaged during shipping. They replaced the item with no cost to me and they did so quickly and with no issues. All I had to do was call and explain what was wrong, and they corrected the issue. The backordered blinds arrived right when they said they would. Even with the issues, I would order from Blindster again just because of the pricing and the great customer service.
