Customer service was great. I received my faux wood blinds but I preferred the valance to be a bit longer. I called customer service and they were very happy to accommodate my request. This is my second time ordering blinds from them and will recommend them.
I ended up doing three different spaces (an office and two homes) with three different Blindster products. All three were good quality and very easy to install. I had one bracket give me some difficulty and Blindster had a replacement to me within a few days.
The BEST online experience EVER! Easy to use, blinds were perfect & cheaper than anywhere else I looked AND got them sooner than expected. I highly recommend Blindster to everybody!

I ordered several durawood blinds - most nearly 8' long. Everything arrived on time and very well packaged. They were simple to install and look fabulous.
We placed an order before checking the color samples. Thankfully the Customer Service rep immediately sent an email, recommending we get the sample first and placed the order on hold until we had time to verify. We were SO happy they did that because the color we ordered would not have looked good. We changed that color and are VERY pleased with the choice. These cordless blinds were fairly easy to install, much less expensive than some popular brands, and look very nice in our sunroom. The only negative is that the quality is not quite as good as some others we've had. The lifting mechanism is somewhat sluggish (however, they are very wide, over 70 inches). It takes a little time and patience to raise them. Also the clear plastic tabs don't seem to fit well. The blinds are easier to pull down without the tabs. Otherwise they look very nice, fit the windows nicely, and do keep the room warmer in cool weather. Many thanks again to Customer Service for saving us from our own mistake! Anyone considering these blinds should always order a color sample first!
One blind is crooked. Checked the install but not the reason. Still hangs crooked.
One of the blinds did not have a valance. One phone call and it was received a few days later. Excellent product and service.
After getting by the shipping damage and getting the replacement blinds all went great.
My mom was looking for blinds, she is a very picky person so we went to Home Depot, Jc penny, Macy's and we couldn't find one that she liked. She bought 3 different kind of blinds, we ended it retuning them because she didn't like the way they looked, I went online and started searching for blinds and that where I found this site. They looked pretty nice but I wasn't sure if my mom would like them since she is very hard to please. I bought one just to see how they would be, my mom loved it and we ended up ordering blinds for the whole house. The size and quality of the blinds it's just amazing. I will always buy from them.
Arrived as expected, will be the first site to consider is anyone I know needs a blind.
