I ordered a faux wood blind from Blindster for my kitchen window. It was as easy as Measure enter measurements and order. Not only was the blind the lowest price I could find that it was also excellent quality. It also arrived when it was supposed to. I am extremely pleased and even told a friend who ordered some faux wood blinds from Blindster and was also as thrilled as I was. To anyone that's thinking about ordering blinds don't look anywhere else this is the best quality and Best price you'll find. A big thumbs up!

Not pleased

I ordered blinds with fringe for one room to see how I liked them. They came quickly but we're not what I hoped for. I was told the manufacturer made the wrong ones and another pair was being made. The replacements came and are too deeply scalloped for my taste, I emailed the rep I had dealt with asking what my options were. I included pictures my old blinds to show what I am looking for. I have had no response and do not want to order more for my other bedrooms. I wonder if your pictures on the site are not quite accurate.

The Rail Delema

I ordered vertical blinds for my patio door. The first rail that I go did not work correctly. Blindster reordered the rail. I asked, via email, if would be possible to get it with a cord instead of a wand, because I didn't like the color of the wand and it wasn't available in another color. The rep checked and she emailed back, yes, but I would get the first reordered rail and to discard it and the new one with cord would come. That order got canceled for some reason. I checked, via phone call, to find out why it never came. They reordered it. When it came, they had put the cord pull on same side of blind that I had ordered the wand on, but I needed the cord on opposite side. It didn't dawn on me to tell the rep that. My fault. It would cost $35 for a corrected rail. I don't want to spend any more time or money on this long, drawn out fiasco, so I put my old blind rail up, which was the same thing and works fine with the new slats. It's just very disappointing that I paid for an ALL new blind, but still have to use my old rail. I think it would be nice to get a partial refund.

House of blinds

Installed on 9 windows in house. Fit well and look great. Only issues were couple hanging brackets were bent incorrectly, and had to retie some of the cords because ends came off. Brackets were promptly replaced.

The website was easy to follow. I talked with a couple of people re: questions prior to placing the order. They were very helpful & pleasant. There were no mistakes made on my order(s). Both orders arrived promptly. Customer Service was equally helpful after we got the second order & had a question on installation. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Surprisingly Great!

My wife doesn't like me to call places, but prefers just ordering online, and so I heard about it from her when I told her I called Blindster.com and ordered some blinds. However when they came in and the size matched perfectly and as a bonus we saved $40.00 from if they would have been ordered online, well I call that a double double to use basketball terminology. The first thing my wife said to after everything turned out perfectly was that she was glad that I called to order the blinds.

Great looking shades

So far as I started replacing my blinds I been very happy with your blinds. I was surprised that upon forming my next order I was going to experience a very expense shipping charge to get it here. Guess I'll just save my pennies until I can justify another purchase of my next item.

Blind replacement

Receive my order in a timely manner. One of my blinds was damaged, called the company and spoke to customer service rep. He told me to send a picture of the damage which I did. Made a another call to see if they received the pictures. The customer service rep took care of everything. I received a new replacement blind within a week. Very pleased with my purchase and the customer service. Will recommend this company to others.

Not what I thought.
