It's been awhile since I used this site so I was a bit rusty. Just took a few minutes to figure out what I was doing wrong

Service representatives were extremely patient with my order. When the shades arrived, most of them fit my windows perfectly, but a few measurements by me were incorrect. When I called back I found out that they would replace with the proper size to fit my windows, as long as I donated the incorrect shades to a nonprofit organization--easy! The new blinds arrived 2 weeks later and fit exactly as they should.

It was easy to find the right dimensions, they were easy to install, and delivery was quick. All good!
