I recieved my blinds earlier than expected which was great! They were very easy to install and fit perfectly on both my windows.
The first order did not have all the parts. We contacted Blindsgalore and the turn around time to get back to us was 24-48 hours so I contacted leadership and they were able to get us an answer right away. They sent us new shades and they work great so far. They look very nice!
Ordered a 5% white roller shade and I love them! I want to be able to see through a bit, however we need more privacy so we will be looking into the 1% for the next windows.
Three of the four blinds came exactly as ordered, and when I checked on the missing blind they sent it right away. It was perfect too!
The ordering and shipping process makes this as easy as having someone come in and do it for you. Be mindful of those 1/4 inch details when you measure, as they count. Color samples are very close to what you get. We will be ordering more when yhe time comes!
I ordered samples ahead of time so was able to get what I wanted. Ordered blinds and loved what I got, but one blinded didn't fit, I called and was asked to donated the blind and a new one was ordered for me as we spoke. We found a donation site, received a receipt and emailed it off. Was simple enough to do and we received a new blind in no time! Really appreciated the exchange!

I would order from this site again. The blinds were very well made, fit perfect, arrived in a short amount of time, and the prices were lower than most other sites.
The blinds inside seemed okay but the plastic zip tie on the outside of one of the boxes had cut right through the box and ripped it open. That is how it arrived to us. Seemed very careless.

It was very easy to size custom blinds for our large bedroom window. The website is very intuitive and nice to use. The shipping to our location in Canada took a couple of weeks but the product is great and had simple, easy-to-follow instructions for installation. They look great and work great.
