This has been my third house using your blinds. While installing the valance, the clips were difficult to inset into the valance without breaking off pieces of the valance and then falling out. Clipping the valance into the top of the blinds was also difficult, resulting in more breakage. I don't remember experiencing this in the past.
I had ordered blinds awhile back through Blindsgalore and needed to replace one of the blinds. I was happy that I was easily able to locate my initial order and order the replacement within minutes. Replacement blind is perfect.
Package took longer to arrive than expected. Printed directions in package not great. Many tries before successful installation. Difficult for one person to install.

After I placed my order, I was overthinking my measurements and called to clarify that I did it correctly. While on the phone, customer service had a few questions for me to clarify on their side of the order, which I greatly appreciated, that would make a huge difference on the look of my shutters.

I ordered 15 blinds. Spent over $3000. Three of them don't work right and I have to do all the programming myself because y'all don't do any support whatsoever. Very frustrating and I will not be purchasing again.
