Sturdy and well-built. Looks great and very nice. Placing the order was very simple. I received the package intact, and the contents were well-insulated against breakage. There was no reason to call as the online transaction was hassle-free.

I had old "weathered" blinds from a competitor. Wanted an upgrade. Blindsgalore was helpful with great communication. The blinds fit perfectly and the price was fair. The custom blind work, shipment and delivery was about 2 weeks.

While your customer service during the order process was most helpful the installation instructions provided my the manufacturer was extremely unhelpful. We ultimately had to contact your service and were then connected to the factory person. Eventually he was able to figure out how to help us install. Very frustrating.

Love both my black out shades I bought. They work very well cutting the light. I think the honeycomb will also provide insulation to extreme heat and cold.

With the free samples, it was easy to pick out the vertical blind for my sliding door, and after waiting a week or two for a good sale price, placed my order. Had a problem which was addressed fairly quickly, but the follow-up took longer than necessary causing frustration

Directions for measuring were great. Easy to understand. I ordered free color samples beforehand. Seeing the quality and color in the samples made my decision easier.

I ordered 6 blinds. When they arrived I discovered that my windows measurement was not the same from top to bottom. The way they were constructed made for a very tight fit to no fit at all at various places. This was my fault for not measuring from top to bottom of each window. I called to see if I could send them back to get them recut at my expense but was told they don't do recuts. Instead, they offered to send me brand new replacement blinds at no cost to me! How's that for service! The new measurements I gave them worked perfectly and I'm enjoying them even as I write this. Absolutely NO complaints.
