I think the quality of the blind is strong but it is not the colors that I imagined at all. It's unfortunate that I can't return it because the color doesn't match my room at all.

Needed an affordable way to deflect the afternoon sun rays in our west exposure of the lanai. In shopping and not finding anything we felt reasonable, we found Blindsgalore on line, we researched our ideas, made a selection, entered our measurements... Ordered them!. About a month later we received our blinds we installed them and they fit perfectly! We are super pleased! Great value and our lanai stays cooler.

I dealt with a wonderful sales agent. They spent ample amount of time helping ensure we got the measurements correct and that I was comfortable with everything given this was a $3500 order. Despite that, when I installed one window of my order, the largest one, I was disappointed with the fitment. 1/2 inch gap along the entire lower edge, and the shutter doors aren't closing properly. Requiring a lot of shimming and they still don't fit right. I have not installed the sliding shutters yet, but hope for better fitment. This is far from the first set of shutters I've installed, and I've always preferred Blinds Galore. The quality is always great.
I had a set of light filtering blinds (ordered in 2018 for a prior house) that I liked, the mounting mechanism was solid and the blinds worked well. For the new blinds - the mounting mechanism is less pleasant to deal with. There is no adjustability on the brackets in case the holes aren't drilled perfectly, there is a larger gap between the top of the header rails and the top of the window; I believe these are both caused by a switch to a plastic clip/bracket instead of the metal latch style. The plastic bracket has two screw holes, one that allows for no maneuverability and the the other is front-to-back, would be nice to have some. Also the tight clearances, mean that it is hard to use a 1/4in hex-head bit to drive the screw in, it pinches in the plastic at the end, and I frequently had to back out a screw because the bracket would get stuck at an angle and I would be unable to get the bit to grab the screw.
The order arrived in a timely manner. The blinds were made according to my measurements and in perfect condition.The installation was not complicated for me (68 year-old woman). Contacting customer service for further instruction went smoothly. Two different reps got back to me and one sent a follow-up email to make sure that all my concerns had been addressed.

Lots of choices, straightforward ordering process, on-time delivery, and helpful customer assistance, I was able to 99% match material and style with a prior order. For my orders the installation has become more complex and difficult. While I understand the need to eliminate the possibility of a child harming themselves with loose pull-cords, the time required to install has at least doubled due to very little room inside the header to manage the internal hanging system.
Customer service was very helpful as we had to work through some issues with our order. Blinds are high quality.
Several years ago I purchased blinds for the house but did not include a small room. Turns out I should have bought blinds for that room. I called to see if they could find my original order to make sure everything matched. The representative was extremely helpful, he found my original order and was able to place the order for the new blinds. I was so very pleased with the entire experience.
I purchased gray blinds. Disappointed because gray was only showing on the inside and not on the outside. I assumed the blinds would be gray inside and out.
