I ordered an incorrect blind and notified Blinds Galore. They happily ordered the correct blind for me and Todd me to donate the wrong blind rather than return it. I was able to donate it to a day care center. They really appreciated it! And, I now have the beautiful blind I wanted.

Great service, great product, ease of instillation

The customer service agent checked to see if there was anything that we could do to resolve the problem. She then gave us a number to call the manufacturer and a reference number. We called and the blinds were replaced promptly.

I was nerveous to order blinds online but the process was easy to understand and follow. They came quickly and look great! Fit perfectly!

Disappointed in the quality of product will not buy again

Blinds were as expected. Easy to install and they are perfect for our screened porch.

First set of blinds took awhile to install but second set went very fast to install.

I received my 3 shades but only received hangers for my small one. They did ship the missing hangers but it took another 1.5 weeks to get them. I love the shades though and they work great. Not hard to install.

We originally ordered the cordless roll up tension shade. Unfortunately the tension part didn't properly function for more than 2 months. We called and wanted them replaced/switched for the corded type.
It was past the 30 satisfaction guarantee but we argued it wasn't a satisfaction issue but a product defect issue and we didn't want to have the same problem with another cordless shade. After several calls they finally agreed to switch out the blinds for the corded type.

Blinds arrived as scheduled. Instructions were thorough with more than adequate hardware for installation. Really pleased with the quality of the blinds. Only issue I have is registration of warranty with Bali. The full order would not register only two of the three blinds ordered would register with Bali. Called Blindsgalore re issue. Was advised that it would be checked out and they would let me know. I have heard nothing to date.

Love these blinds. They were easy to install within 45 minutes. I will definitely order from Blindsgalore again.

Blinds galore are the best. We haven't put the new blinds up yet as we are waiting for new windows, but we have purchased our livingroom blinds from Blindsgalore years ago and they are the best blinds we have ever had. Thank you BG for being a great company to do business with.

The blinds came in a timely manner and were easy to install

The guideline for measurement was easy to follow and blinds fit perfect. The installation was very easy, only 4 screws and with the hanging design you could be off slightly and still adjust the blind to fit perfectly. Great idea!
