It was easy to order from Blindsgalore and we received our order quickly and everything intact and ready to install. I would definitely harder again from Blindsgalore!

I contacted customer service prior to ordering to make sure the blinds would work for my odd shaped window and they were very responsive and helpful. I'm very happy with the blinds, how they look and the quality. This is the second time I've ordered from Blindsgalore and will use them again.

It was easy to order my blinds. There was a longer than advertised and anticipated wait for delivery and communication about the delay could have been more timely. Once received, I am pleased with the blinds.

I bought some shades on-line from blinds galore from the advice of a friend who does interior design. He took measurements and picked out the color for my decor rest was left up to me. I ordered 2 shades and they came within one week. That was the first pleasant surprise. I hung the smallest one first. Sooo easy. I went to hang the second one and discovered I sent them the wrong measurement. I thought I would have to deal with a big headache. NOT AT ALL! In my case, a donation was to be made to Goodwill, a dollar difference was to be paid and within a week and a half my second window was covered with the shades from blinds galore. I'm a senior citizen and everything was so stress free in dealing with this company and the quality of my shades are very nice. Classy. Highly recommend.

The blindsgalore customer service is good but the shade production crew missed putting in the bracket holes and the brackets on my order. They also missed making an entire shade. It was made right by an entire new order, so I have two extra shades.

We've had trouble with both orders placed. On the first order we were forced to pay for new chains as there was no way to specify continuous loop chain length when ordering and of course it was too long and would have damaged the side of the blinds. The second order arrived with a crooked valance and the sides cut too wide on each window to allow for the continuous loop chains. All of these issues are with with the manufacturer and not Blinds Galore.

On both occasions, Beth (for order#1) and Chris (for order #2) with Blinds Galore have been great to work with in trying to get these quality issues resolved. We hope to get the second order resolved soon. To be continued...

I mistakenly ordered blinds of the wrong length. BG shipped new blinds quickly and didn't fuss about the mistake. Extremely helpful and friendly customer service.

We needed to call to get some advice on the valance, we were not sure how much of a "return" to have on them, I'd say Chris' advice was perfect! They look great! We love them!

Blinds are nice and came packaged nicely. Had one blind that was defective.

I've bought several Roman shades and have been very satisfied with all of them. The customer service in particular at Blindsgalore is fantastic!
