Good service, very nice quality shade - ordered a pull up/pull down shade for guest bathroom. Have had other name brands and the installation on this shade was very smooth in comparison. Would order again from this company.

We got what we ordered on time at a good price. Good quality product.

Somehow my measurements were wrong when we installed 2 of our custom blinds. We called blindsgalore and they sent new blinds immediately. We didn't even need to return the old blinds just donate them to charity

We received corrected blinds and we received wand in a separate box for original order the new order wand is still missing we are not asking for it again we will donate the original set.

This is a great company and I have always enjoyed how flexible they are with crafting blinds to your exact size. Their prices and sales offered are also compelling. The product is sturdy and of good quality. There was however scratch marks on the valance that had gone through the finish. The product was nicely packaged and protected, so the damage must have been done prior to shipping. Overall, we are happy with the product.

Blinds are perfect came on time love them! I would definitely buy more if needed.

Ordered custom convertibles and cornice. The website does not do the color of the vertical slats justice as the product received. Isn't much lighter than anticipated. Overall satisfied with the product just slightly put off by the color variances. Doesn't go as well coordinating with the rest of my room, but with the cost of the slats, I am not going to be able to change them out at this time

Was easy to order and install. It was good that they showed you how to measure for a good fit.

Was able to get the same blind that I ordered for my lake house two years ago; this time for two additional rooms after new window replacement.

I had to call a couple of times to find someone I could work with, in the end the last sales rep was very helpful. And although he was helpful, I am not sure he explained the product very well. I bought cordless shades and I thought I was receiving blinds that would easily lift. I received blinds that are spring loaded, not what i wanted. This was not explained to me when I purchased them.

Looked exactly how I hoped. Easy to install. Glad I ordered from here.
