We love the blind put was surprised at how long it took to get them.

Overall I'm happy with the purchase, the blinds are of good quality and priced appropriately. The original material I ordered through the website was not available (issue #1) and the communication back and forth to select another material was less than ideal (issue #2). I was forced to speak to a specific person but I was never able to reach her when I called. It didn't help that we're on different timezones and my schedule is hectic. Any rep should be able to help with an order as to no inconvenience the customer.

I ordered TDBU blinds for the windows on the front of the house and later ordered the same type of blinds for the windows in two bathrooms. Everything went very well. The instructions for measuring were clear and the blinds fit perfectly.

This was the 3 rd. Time ordering from Blindsgalore, each order was received on time and in great condition.

Instructions were okay, but the instructions for mounting blind to bracket was hard to find. Fortunately, I have hung these before and could figure it out. I ordered a blind for the sliding deck door and was able to install myself. If you are doing an outside mount, be sure to order the extension brackets. They were not included. Fortunately, I was able to use the same brackets from the old blind. All in all, I am happy with the end product. No issues with packaging or shipping.

I have had the best experience using Blindsgalore. The product quality is amazing and the customer service is very helpful. I have the wrong address for delivery and a representative was quick to help me fix the issue.

I'm am updating 40yo windows, and the natural blinds were the natural choice for my traditional / grand millennial style. The unlined blinds arrived quickly, fit perfectly, and even offer almost-blackout coverage.

The website was very easy to navigate that help me a lot.

Order of 2 wood cornices took almost one month to receive. It sat on a FedEx truck for a week and then when it was received it had no hardware that was supposed to come with the cornices. We had to wait another week to receive the brackets.

Measuring instructions and ordering experience were excellent. The blinds we received were as described and fit perfectly.

We ordered 2 roller shades from the Blindsgalore selection for the kitchen windows. They arrived within a week. After installing them, we noticed 1 shade had a kink in the material. Called Blindsgalore and they ordered a new one immediately. Customer service and satisfaction is exceptional! We will definitely continue to order from Blindsgalore!
