Ordered 5 sets of horizontal blinds, and one set of vertical blinds. Great quality. One of the vanes on the vertical blinds had a tiny hole in it. Contacted the company and they are sending 2 replacement vanes. Great to deal with. Highly recommend. Fast shipping to Canada as well.

We bought a order of about $2,000 by Blindsgalore and all the roller shades that are cordless, are worthless they don't roll up or down, some of them wont stay down when pulled down, and others stay in 1 position and wont go either way.
When i asked them for help, the item was discontinued so i can ship it back to them (and stay with open windows until) and they wouldn't supply any packaging to make the return...
Just a piece of advice don't buy the spring rollers from them
Unfortunately, when orders fall outside the three year standard warranty, repairs are often the only available option. We are happy to repair the shades if shipped to us!

Came across the website, ordered a sample. Based on the sample, ordered blinds to fit my large front window. They arrived in the specified time. We installed them and they are perfect! Communication was great, I called customer service just to make sure I was doing everything right, and they were very nice and helpful!

An excellent experience, start to finish. These are perfect in our older home, this is the second room we've put them in. Actually look a lot like the originals, but so much nicer!
