The blinds are beautiful but they sent the wrong mounting hardware. I called and the girl said she would expedite the shipment on a Tuesday saying I would receive them on Monday via DHL. MONDAY CAME AND WENT AND I CALLED BACK AND ANOTHER GIRL SAID THEY WOULD expedite another shipment and still nothing, finically I called again and the women said they sent it via US Mail and I woul have it the following day. Again nothing,the next day I finally got them.over 2 WEEKS. I feel I was Lied to on the first two attempts. What a joke. I was going to order 2 more of the same blinds to match the other one but because of your customer service and the length of time waiting for the blinds and then the hardware I will go somewhere else. Horrible Customer Service
Received in a timely manner in good shape, good quality. Were able to install fairly easy.
I was ordering blinds to replace and hopefully use existing brackets from blinds over 40 years old. Everything worked perfectly and I was able to use the brackets, not always recommended, but in my case it was essential.
So far so good. I hope the blind does what we want and then we will order more.
Would never use you again. Had to wait for blinds for an excessive amount of time. Let our Second home before Blinds got there. Had to have relative get them and secure them in the house until we return in July. Had I known they were going to be shipped from Mexico, I would have passed on the whole thing. Thanks for nothing.

I measured and worried that I would get the right blinds for my windows and I ordered them and everything is great! I called on a Saturday to ask a question and Tim helped me decide.
Shades do exactly as described and look great! Delivery was pretty fast.

Pros: order arrived on time, happy with the quality of the blind, easy to install, price point.
Cons: the silver locking mechanism on the mounting brackets shows at the top of the blind, light leaks around the top because the mounting brackets do not allow the top to sit flush to the window sill AND at the bottom the handles to raise and lower the cordless blind prohibit the bottom from sitting flush to the window sill and allow light at the bottom.
