I initially read that it would take 7-9 days for delivery. No it was 7-9 days to go through manufacturing and an additional 7 days for delivery. My manufactured blinds sit at the Mexican border for 5 days with a shipping notice issued but no movement. If you need your blinds sooner you should look elsewhere.

I've order faux wood blinds in the past and more recently roman shades.
The products are of the best quality. Expensive but as I always say, you get what you pay for!

Customer service was helpful. Received my blinds quickly and am very happy with the color.

A few of the blinds weren't the right size but Blinds galore exchanged them very promptly the only reason for only four stars was because I thought it took too long complete the order.

I special ordered my blinds for our screened-in porch. These blinds were a perfect fit and installation was very easy. Thanks for such a great quality product with easy-to-follow instructions.

We love our new blinds! We enjoyed all our interactions with the people we called to make the orders, and the shipment came sooner than expected. The blinds fit exactly and look great in the room!

The four honeycomb blinds I ordered look great and fit and work flawlessly. The motors are a little louder than expected and the charging port in the back is not easily accessible.
However, the 1" mini blind did not work. Had to call the motor manufacturer to get the motor to work properly. After that the blinds only closed 70% and stopped. Currently waiting for customer service to trouble shoot. At least customer service is very responsive and the wait times were very short.

Great quality, easy to install. I bought these room darkening blinds Because the bedroom windows face the south and we get the early morning sun, I would definitely recommend the blinds. Not only do they Do the job they are intended for, but they look very nice.

We received our blinds that we ordered in a very timely manner as promised, but I have not had a chance to install them yet. When we do, we will go according to the installation instructions provided by blinds galore.

This was my first time buying vertical blinds online. I made several calls and customer service was very helpful in assisting. Blinds were good quality. Header for the blinds wasn't working and they replaced it with a new one quickly.

We already had installed 5 blinds with motorized controls for our large lower windows, but a year later, we realized the summer sun was really hitting the upper row of windows. We needed window coverings for 9 smaller windows, and we did not need motorization. An agent helped me with a special order to match fabrics and made the whole experience a pleasure.

The shades arrived in good order with the correct sizes.

The blinds I received fit perfectly and were of a very high quality. I'm getting two more just like it.

Emailed them to ask how to fix a problem with my 9 month old blinds, they sent me a replacement instead of instructions.

This is my second time purchasing blinds with this company, and now I don't even think about buying from other stores. Great quality each time, will be buying from them again

Ordering was easy, quality great, delivered on time/ as expected, & I especially appreciate they make a quality blind that can be one solid blind on one rail (didn't have to split blind on one rail) for large windows (width) which creates a "clean" look.
