I have ordered many blinds from here in the past so when I decided to order new blinds for my conservatory I did not have any hesitation. Spending nearly £700 i got the blinds put up only to realise when they were done that they had been made up with the material the wrong way, the back of the material was at the front this was not what the sample was, I will be making a direct phone call to them and would hope that this can be resolved quickly. Not happy and very disappointed that such a mistake could be made on such a big order!
I bought three Venetian Blinds and had great problems due to the type of brackets.
Four brackets(total of eight screws) that had to be either screwed into the window frames or into the window Lintel.
I couldn't screw them into the window frames as I have double glazing and when I attempted to screw them into the Lintel I found that once through the plaster the lintel was made of steel and almost impossible to drill into,
There are no end brackets that screw into the side walls and you couldn't fit any if you wanted to as the blind has to be tipped upwards and then downwards to be locked into the brackets.
I need another six blinds but I won't be buying them from 'Blinds to Go' -I'll be getting them from any company that use standard fixings.

I so desperately wanted to get away from Venetian blinds, having had one in my kitchen for over 20 years and really having struggled to keep it clean. But my husband wanted the same options of daylight and privacy that our old blind offered. This was the perfect answer! It looks really great, he's delighted with it, and the guys who were refitting our kitchen all wanted to know where it came from (so of course I told them!)

I have bought blinds from here several time for work and home. I can recommended them totally - arrive made to measure promptly - usually within the week. Well packed and always fit perfectly. All in all and nice DIY job to do when hanging them..
I had read the reviews and thought I'd give them a try, I made the measurements yet when fitting to my window they were extremely tight, I was under the advice that they would make the blind very slightly smaller so that it would fit the window exact, yet my blinds keep jamming due to the very tight fit.

Not the cheapest but then decent quality, made to measure (make sure you get the measurements right!). Arrived reasonably quickly too, very well packaged. I did get a bit confused when all the brackets were in one box.!; 0p
Bit dubious about ordering online but samples are sent out next day and the measuring instructions couldn't be simpler. I've bought several blinds now and each arrived within a few days and the fit and quality were spot on. Pair of bathroom shutters arrived that had been damaged in transit.
