Bought two more blinds and again the service and quality were spot on. The delivery was on time the fitting of the wooden blinds was simple also sizes were spot on altogher really pleased with this company and there product definately use again
Fantastic quality, great delivery and true to size. The only negative and the reason i am disappointed is the colour is completely different to the sample origionally recieved. The sample was not like the final product a photo has been submitted to the help desk.
Shocking service. Ordered a blind on 4th August 6 Weeks later I am still waiting. When calling the call centre no one could care less about finding out where my order is or updating me on the situation. I also received an 'update email' on a order which wasn't mine. The staff would say they would call you back but never did! I've had to constantly chase for any info. I did get a call this week but the lady told me information i was given weeks ago! They maybe cheap but there is defiantly a reason. ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING!
Blind is better than we hoped. The fabric is wonderful and the mechanism is smooth. Just slightly slow to wind up and down.

Fitted velux type blinds, blackout blinds; slatted blinds; roman blinds; roller blinds. All delivered promptly with instructions; all fitted perfectly with minimum effort; still perfect after 4 years!
I submitted my recess measurements and the blind was made to fit. Perhaps a tad too short but it's ok. Easy to fit once I found someone with a drill!
