When my car got damaged, the Mercedes dealership directed me to Stuttgart Autobody for the repairs. The service I got was first class. First of all, they worked so well with my insurance company without any need for my help. Second, the work they did on my car was above and beyond what I had expected. If you need to work on your Mercedes, Jaguar, Bentley, or Range Rover, Stuttgart Autobody is the best.

They did a good job collecting my c/c number but terrible instruction on how to use or set up my account. The salesperson or customer don't return your calls, even after I emailed customer to canceling my service 3 weeks ago and still charge my c/c $600. I called customer service now they telling me it could take up 10 days to review my refund even asked for a customer service manager to call and no callback but they send me a form to explain why I should get a refund. That's crazy!

The positive. They are friendly and supportive in getting you on board. Now the bad. A total waste of advertising dollars use in a 1 month and 3/4 weeks. Paid $900 and for what? A few clicks and about 6 horrible leads. Don't waste your advertising dollars with Yelp. Buyer be ware!

Stay the hell away from yelp! Save your money and save your business money! I lost almost $800 or something that I never even signed up for. I never got anything in return instead got stupid calls from people that didn't even want anything from my business but a whole different business. And that was literally just 2 times. But i got charged so much. They always tell you, you are going to get a great deal and business but NOPE! Nothing. The the hell AWAY!

Horrible advertising
August 6, 2020

I had an ad running and I see that if you don't spend the money that they want, they take the positive review down, they steal your money, fake leads, saying that needs your services and they customers never get back to you. When you call them, they say that is a Software that se if the reviews are fake or not, this is not true, because they took some review down and when I got one that was fake, they left in there and put 3 other back (5 stars), this way I looked okay, then the bad review the customer removed and yelp again, to the 5 stars review down again. I canceled my ad and now they are taking all my 5 stars down. They also charged me too much, they are a thieves. Don't spend your money there.

I am a small business owner and I signed up Yelp for business few months ago due to their promotion for free $300 advertising money. I tried to set up my account and found it way too complicated so I quit before I finish. Unfortunately, I already entered my credit card information. After that, I never heard from them again. Later on. When i noticed charges showing on my Visa card, I called Yelp. They wont't do anything to help me and the guy hanged up on me when I asked to speak to his supervisor.

They hook you with a free trial and when you phone to verbally cancel - you get billed anyway. I tried to dispute it as they had on record my previous phone call but refused to reverse the charges when it popped up on my credit card. I had to contact my bank to get the charges reversed.
Extremely slimy operation.

Worst company ever!
August 4, 2020

I have a lot of 5 stars reviews and 3 bad reviews. I decided to stop paying for advertising with this company so what people can see are my bad reviews now after I stopped paying. They totally hid my good reviews. They recently debited from my bank account another amount with my no authorization. Those 2 bad reviews are from people who wanted to take advantage from us, I reported those reviews so I got a feedback that says those reviews are about conflicts of interest.
Its insane, outrageous... horrible company!

I just started going to Venture Weight loss in Coldsprings Ky. The doctor was very knowledgeable about weight loss to a science. He could tell me how many calorie, carbs I should have daily and amount of exercise I need per week to loss about 1 lb a week. I feel excited that I have plan to tackle my weight and a place where they are kind, compassionate and ready to work along side me on my journey to a healthier person!

Signed up for $100 promotion@ a maximum $5 per day. Wound being charged $160 for 1 month at $16.50 per click for about 9 clicks. No conversions. No information on who clicked. Ripoff scam. They charge $1 per day to have a LOGO on your page, that should tell you how seedy this place is.

Brandon was pushy and eventually signed me up fir yelp ads saying they would be free, only to find later in the week that I was signed up for a very expensive plan. When told I would need to fill out a form in order to be refunded, I said fine, only to find the first question was impossible to answer without contradicting what I already told them. I've called them twice since, and the girl was nice, but the other guy Collin was a pawn. Not happy at all and glad others have come to express their dislike. Oh, and when my payment didn't go through, my 5 star yelp ads were deemed no longer reliable. Of course.

I've had a very bad experience with yelp. I wish I never signed up for service. This is a scam. They will take your money for advertising and allow unfair reviews to remain on your profile. I have tried to dispute negative reviews that I can prove was not fair and they never give me the opportunity to provide the details. They filter out good reviews and leave the bass ones up. If you're not paying for their advertising services they will not assist you. Please be aware!

Yelp for business
July 23, 2020

These are the absolute worse kinds of sharks, especially for small or new business owners. They will STEEL your reviews, and blame it on a bull$#*! algorithm. Call this number if you are considering to use the service. *******224 its the same number i was contacted by a yelp rep who never answers now.

Yelp for business is not ethical. The salesman who explained their ad leads program mentioned I would get an ad credit every month, I would be notified if the activity exceeded the ad credit and be capped at $570 per month. He didn't mention this was only for the first month. Since this is a "cancel at anytime" deal, there was no contract. Since I didn't receive any notification of charges exceeding the supposed monthly credit, I didn't think there was any activity. By the 3rd month, I checked and they were charging me over $1500! This was not my understanding of how it was supposed to work. I was scammed. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, YELP DOES NOTHING FOR SMALL BUSINESS!

Warranty Solutions will not cover valid claims, Doing Business As (Warranty Tech). Warranty Solution will stonewall the claim process, they will make request of the garage that are unnecessary, time consuming and Warranty Solutions are not responsive. There is an effort to not disclose executive contacts to halt disputes. This tactic is a nationwide strategy under several different company names.
My claim was filed June 12,2020, it is July 9,2020 and it has not been authorized yet. Warranty Solutions states that you can choose your favorite license mechanic, but that is not true. Warranty Solutions requires that you maintain your vehicle to manufacturers specifications, but Warranty Solutions will force you to use aftermarket parts, if that is not a double standard, I do not know what is. The manufacturers know what is best when it comes to maintaining the vehicle but have no idea what quality of replacement parts should be used, (really)?
Warranty Solution's advertising material is designed to mislead consumers!
1. Consumer can choose his mechanic
Well if the mechanic must use Warranty Solutions parts, the consumer is not actually choosing their own mechanic, because the garage you choose manufacturer might think the aftermarket part is not a quality part!
2. Consumer is entitled to up to $40.00 in rental reimbursement per day
Well the fact of the matter Warranty Solutions will maybe reimburse the actual time the vehicle is being repaired, so all the time Warranty Solutions is trying to find a way not to cover the claim the consumer is on the hook for the rental cost (I'm currently in the process for one month and counting)!
3. Warranty Solutions holds the consumers to the highest standards to maybe receive coverage
Warranty Solutions would like to provide the lowest possible part to satisfy their obligation, but you must maintain the highest standard to maybe receive coverage, (really)!
In closing, consumers need protection from these predators like Warranty Solutions, Warranty Tech etc. If the manufacturer is the standard for Warranty Solutions to consider a repair, then it only stands to reason that the manufacturer's part should be part of the solution during repair. Agencies that are design to protect consumers from predators such as Warranty Solutions consumers are hoping that you will use the strength of your organization to ensure the consumer is protected.
Sincerely,
Jerry McElroy

If you need a pest control company, Enviroguard Pest Control is the BEST. I live in New Braunfels, TX, and just had my home initially treated by Blake (technician). He was responsive, thorough, friendly, skilled, knowledgeable, and explained the treatment process. This company has my business and I would recommend it to anyone needing pest control service.

Please do not waste money on yelp ads. Had a very bad experience with Yelp. Yelp ads completely failed. Mitchell Woody from Yelp ads offered me to test run for a week provided a credit of $150 and assured me that I will not be charged beyond that amount during the test run and he will review the performance after a week. I was monitoring the performance. I did not get any lead and they billed me $245 in 5 days. I immediately stopped the ads and took my card off. I called Mitchell several times but he never picked up, left voice mail - never got a call back from him. No review done after a week, Sent several emails- no reply from him so far. And the worst thing, today I received a call from Carlos for recovery of the amount and threaten me that they will send claim to debt collection agencies. In my 10+ years of digital marketing career, I never had such a bad experience. I had a very good rapport of Yelp in my mind which is now totally zero. They always email from "the Yelp Customer Success Team" which is a big lie. Totally failure.

I was basically hustled by the customer rep. He said he was issuing to me a 150.00 credit but that to get my campaign going, I would have to enter my credit card. I was told that I would not be charged until the end of July so I could see how Yelp for Business Owners would benefit me. A few days later they hit my card for close to 100.00 but I had seen nothing in the way of calls. I was told that I wouldn't be charged for clicks or impressions... just actual calls. I complained and got no response from the sales rep. I went to my back office and cancelled and was then contacted by a rep who said that Yelp would get back to me within 5 days... Nothing. This is a scam! I should have checked the reviews on Yelp before committing... Lesson Learned.
