The "quest challenge" is particularly atrocious regarding collection of promos earned; but I am finally motivated to publicly review their nonsense today because they did not add the "happy hours" bonuses to my order, despite the order confirmation showing it and the time stamp proving the order was made within the required window. I've spent the last 20 minutes on support with an idiot named Jolene who claims "dear your order wasn't placed during happy hour" despite the screenshot shared with her proving that it was.
Want to be frustrated beyond reasonable endurance? Deposit at bit"work" and you shall!
