On my initial order I entered the wrong date for delivery. Once I realized that the order was an hour+ overdue, I called BiteSquad. Found my error and order was then sent in a half hour. The girl on the phone was very helpful with locating my error.

Placed a large order for whole office. Delivery driver offered to help take it to our breakroom so I didn't have to lug it all myself. Food was all labeled with everyone's name and delivered hot because it was kept in an insulated carrier. Love this delivery service. I've used grub hub, yelp, eat24 and this one was by far the best so far.

It was miserably cold in Minnesota, Friday, dark and exhausted here comes a hot meal from Grizzly's and the nicest driver. Thank you Bite Squad

Enjoyed our first experience with BiteSquad. The pizza arrived piping hot and it was great to be able to track the order online. The delivery woman was friendly and kind. Will use BiteSquad again.

Quick and cheaper than doordash. Food was hot so no complaints here. I didn't even know that foodie call delivered in my area but I'm sure glad that I know now and I will definitely use their service again!

Our driver Bruce went above and beyond for sides. I only wanted 2 blue cheeses for the wings we ordered, but I guess he saw how ridiculously small the containers were and went above and beyond with blue cheese. Thank you!

Convenient, easy to order, but the ~1.5hr delivery time was a bit long. Maybe there weren't many active drivers that day. Nevertheless, I'd try it again.

First time using BiteSquad and I'm totally satisfied with the services. With the weather changing, I didn't want to get out in the cold to fetch lunch so I decided to order in. My order came at the time stated and driver was courteous. Will use again soon!

Food was on-time and appropriate temperatures. Delivery fee is less than most services and allows us to order from a variety of restaurants. :)

I was so pleased with the quickness of my food delivery and the freshness of my food when I received it. The girl who delivered to me was really sweet too which just makes it a pleasant exchange. Overall 10/10.

My driver Henry was great. Gate at hospital was closed but he made sure i received my food. Ordering was also easy. Nice that chat was available

My food arrived at the exact expected time. Not one minute late. My order was correct and still hot. I didnt have to warm a thing.
