Great food, delivered still hot, from the new LynHall restaurant in South Minneapolis to our suburban home. Almost on time as the(apologetic) driver puzzled for several minutes as to how to find our place, despite the explicit driver instructions placed with my order. Were they given to him? Overlooked? Be sure your drivers get these even though they have Maps, etc! Otherwise great experience.
Once again you all did not disappoint. Driver was courteous and prompt. The Food was hot... love this!
BiteSquad is so convenient. It was a frigid night in Minnesota and I did not like the idea of bundling up everybody to go to a restaurant then coming out to a cold car. We ordered online and the friendly driver brought our delicious order from GingerHop right to our door. I am very happy with the service.

I placed an order from Buffalo Wild Wings on New Years Day. We have a Big family and did not want to take everyone to the restaurant. I decided to order from Bite Squad instead. Thinking it make take atleast 1.5 to two hours and arrived in less than an hour. The food arrived super hot and probably the hottest weve ever gotten to go, even when we pick up. My family was impressed and said they will want to use them in the future. Hopefully everyone has the same great experience as we did.

This is my first experience with Bite Squad. My order was delivered to me on time, exactly as ordered, hot, and by a smiling delivery person... on New Years Eve, in the freezing cold. Very, very pleased! Whats not to like?

Living in Hawaii, the only food you can get delivered is national chain pizza (Pizza Hut, Papa John's, etc.) I live in a city where (before bitesquad) only it really was only Pizza Hut & Papa Johns for us, and they weren't very good (and frequently got things wrong).
Last night we were feeling lazy, discovered BiteSquad and were surprised with all the choices. In fact, we found our favorite local pizza joint we thought had closed down, were just relocated right outside our district and was an option for us! I thought I'd never have Boston's again!
The biggest surprise was the price. I see here there's a review that says BS is a ripoff, but they only charged us $3.99 delivery fee. I'd happily pay that on the mainland and shocked it's only 4 bucks here in the islands. I have no idea how they make any money -- I hope they get deals with the restaurants or something. I double checked with the actual restaurants prices (in case BS increases the price on their own menu) and it's the same.
I loved the GPS tracker and the ETA clock. It took a whole hour to get our pizza, but the tracker was keeping us informed and the driver was actually waiting at the pizza place which was super busy for quite a while. The pizza was piping hot when it got to us!
I highly recommend using this service. I personally left a 20% tip (which came out to about 11-12 bucks) which may seem like a lot to tip a delivery person, but because he was sitting around waiting for the pizzas to be cooked, and the delivery fee is so cheap, I think it's totally worth it. I got to just sit at home watching a movie with my family while someone else waited for my food and delivered it to me. Maybe I should have left a bigger tip...
I may be using them again tonight, Happy new Year!
