Waited over an hour for my order only to be called and told the restaurant was closed. The restaurant was open when I place my order but the delayed so long sending it. When it was 727 Food Now the server was good but now it's gone down hill.
Awful, awful service. This is the second time I have tried Bite Squad and both times were complete failures. First time the app said my order would be arriving in 45 minutes but kept updating to a longer and longer wait. Finally, after a VERY long wait, I got a call from the driver saying that they took so long that the restaurant is now closed and my order was CANCELED. Stupidly I tried Bite Squad again last night. App started at a 40 min wait time and kept going up. After an hour I called the restaurant myself to check and the food was sitting on their counter. I chatted with someone at Bite Squad who called the restaurant to confirm the order was ready. Then I was told that there was no driver in the area. I asked for compensation for my late delivery and cold food. Chat guy waved the $3.99 delivery fee and offered a $15 BS credit - which I declined because I will never use the service again... When the driver FINALLY arrived I went inside to eat and it was THE WRONG ORDER. I called the restaurant again and they said that there had been NO delivery driver in their restaurant for over 2 hours and that our order was still sitting on the counter getting cold. I brought along the bag of food that the driver gave me. IT WASN'T EVEN FROM THAT RESTAURANT! He delivered us food from some other Indian restaurant. What a joke. I foolishly pre-paid the driver a 15% tip that I have no way of taking back. Awful customer service with no phone number to call. Awful drivers. I really cannot say one good thing about my 2 experience with Bite Squad.
Ordered food through Bite Squad after taking a lengthy break from using them. Although drivers have always been polite & professional, they were taking more than two hours to deliver food to our house.
Last night, I gave them another chance. However, they brought the wrong food (READ: recipient is allergic to what they brought & we had to trash it) & there were completely missing items as well. The customer service people were less than sympathetic, telling me they would refund the missing item, but credit the "wrong" item to my Bite Squad account. So, let's see? Every time Bite Squad screws up, they get new guaranteed business from me? No thank you! The fact that the customer service people were so incredibly indifferent to the "you brought food that would put my hubby in the hospital if he had taken a bite of it, which is worse than not bringing food at all" argument, tells me it's time to never use their service again!
This is far from the first time they've brought the wrong food or (on the other end of things) taken hours to get it here. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Fool me a dozen times, wow do I feel stupid! Avoid like the plague! You're better off ordering the food yourself and paying a neighborhood teen to bring it to you... Really.
Ordering from them means having that credit card on file, even though they don't make that clear when you place your first order. I saw a $6 charge I didn't make and questioned it; I was told it was for an upcharge on an order I'd placed. My receipt that day has no such charge, no one had called or emailed although they had my contact info, and what they sent me wasn't what I ordered in the first place! I was shocked when the manager (or owner) refused to remove it. So, they will add charges to that card you unknowingly put on file with them and never tell you. They are also so devoid of business PR sense that they'll lose a repeat customer and garner bad reviews over that mighty $6. After telling my story, I've heard from other customers about poor service and food quality, as well as an employee who found tips actually being stolen by mgt. STAY AWAY FROM BITE SQUAD!

If you keep track of your time, tips, auto/wifi reimbursement like I did, youll think you are coming up short! In reality, they lied about HOW they pay you!

I was sent from West to East, from the south city into the next county unaware that the additional county was being serviced! Mileage exceeded 30 every day! I was filling my fuel-efficient tank THREE TIMES A WEEK! You may spend a days pay or more in fuel alone each week.
They wait until youve hit the NON-GUARANTEE PAY Time Period to Slow your pace or Break you.
You better read the Employment Contract carefully and insure that you understand EVERYTHING!
Ask for a copy and read it again. If you screw up, your pay will be withheld and you can be sued for items you signed for but did not receive!
This place is a scam and they are a very dishonest company. I have been ordering from them for a little bit now. I was trying to see if I liked them better than Chef Shuttle. I even signed up for their 10 dollar a month special. I ordered a dinner from firehouse for my family. They delivered the order and they were missing four items. I called the customer support number and was told that it would be resolved ASAP. An hour went by and my items were never delivered. Frustrated, I called back. I was once again told that my items would be delivered. Reluctantly I got off the phone and waited another hour. After that hour, I called and got no reply. I waited to the next morning to find out that the rep I spoke with marked it as resolved so the woman on the chat with me could do nothing to help me. THEY STOLE MY MONEY. THEY DID NOT HOLD UP THEIR END OF THE BARGAIN. They pretty much told me there was nothing they could do for me and to next time make sure I got my food before the end of the night. I do not know what else I could have done! Do not use this service. They are expensive and they do not deliver. They were also unwilling to rectify my order.
We've tried ordering from Bite Squad on several occasions and have had our service denied with a request to provide personal information not needed for this kind of delivery service.

There are multiple other delivery services available that do not request this kind of information.
This is the first time I used Bite Squad and I was very pleased! It was easy, there were lots of participating restaurants to choose from, and the food arrived early and was exactly what I ordered and tasted delicious! I look forward to using Bite Squad again soon!
Great variety of restaurants and the food was delivered promptly and hot. Definitely a better choice than the more typical delivery options.

I was not real comfortable using a service like this but my niece raves about them! Sitting at home, tired, hungry, and not wanting to get out in the super cold weather tonight so I thought why not? Turned out to be super easy and best delivery experience ever!

I found BiteSquad online and am glad I did. It was so much better than ordering the same old pizza delivery. It was easy to order online, the status of my order was available all the way from the restaurant to my home and I truly loved that aspect and you are not charged extreme prices to use BiteSquad...
Food was hot, good, and on time, and friendly driver. I travel 48 weeks out of the year and I use lots and lots of delivery services. This was my first time using BiteSquad... I had never heard of it before. I'm very satisfied and will use next time I have to be in Bentonville, AR. Where else in the country are you? I travel in OH, IN, IL, MO, TX, WA, NJ, CA, OR, AZ, FL, GA, UT, KS.
Seriously the best thing to have when its cold and/or youre too lazy to get something to eat. Food was delivered fast and still warm.

This was my first time ordering through Bite Squad. My co-workers and I didn't want to get out in the cold so we decided to order delivery. My sister-in-law told me about Bite Squad last week so we decided to try it. I was nervous at first because I can't stand cold or lukewarm food. I was 100% pleased! My food was still hot upon delivery and it didn't take too terribly long!
A lifesaver for a family that was too sick to think about dinner. Easy to order, faster than expected, nice young fellow who delivered. We will be back!
