I did received two wrong batteries on my order. With the volume of batteries they handle, mistakes are going to happen. I called BigTimeBattery.com and they sent me a pre-paid shipping label to return the wrong batteries and also are shipping me the right batteries using priority shipping all at their expense. You can't ask for better Customer Service than that.
All the other batteries I ordered worked great! I paid less than half or what OEM batteries would of cost me!
Just put it in yesterday. It's a Great battery and had new cable bolts as well!
My son found this headset and asked for them for a birthday gift but the price was unbeatable so I ordered them right away.

So far, so good... There was some leakage at the bottom of one of the battery cartons. Perhaps the carrier tipped it over? Status spot still shows green so I will install them this weekend...
