I received my item within a week and I got notifications the whole time letting me know when my package would arrive. Package arrived in excellent condition, I couldn't be happier with my experience.
Easy to use but can not find the type of shipping. Where i live it makes a difference. Need to know if usps or ups.
This is a great company to work with. Got what I ordered, fit and works well. If I had to complain I would say the bat last about half what the factory bat did and they don't mention the Mil-Amp rating.
